For me, it was failing to turn in my vote on CWA Survivor 2006 and failing to make the final two. Andy and I had secured voting blocs through the whole game and made it to the final two where we were going to turn on the 3rd guy (think it was Brian), but I thought I had sent in my vote when I hadn't, so it counted against me.
I don't know if I would have won it all, but I think it would have been close.

Mine would probably be never running any truly epic programs with the handlers I respect most. When I've faced you, AJ, and others like Furious and Alucard, there was always something which stopped both parties from delivering on the potential.

Having epic programs with you and Luke are the only RP-based regrets I have, and I'll rectify that this year.

Indeed, and it will be monumentally legit.

Yeah, you were against Massacre for the IWX Heavyweight Championship, and I was the writer for that match. You went AWOL and I was going to bury you, but I felt the main event deserved better than a squash. Then you came on AIM, and I recall that there were some major problems on the custody front for you. So yeah, I'd made the right decision. Would have badly regretted crucifying you when it was a case of real life kicking you in the jewels. I still have that match (and all others I've written) saved. Can always send it to you if you ever feel like reading up on some old-time fed biz.

I DO I DO!
BTW, I think I was the winner that year. I played it like I didn't care at all and no one saw me as a threat. I made allies with one and turned on him to help others. IF it was real? I would have been the most hated survivor player EVER!

Bills fatter than Russell Yeah, I went there! Fucker! And Dylan, yeah, I was going through a nasty court case to keep my daughter from being taken to North Carolina....I would have only been able to see her over Christmas break, Spring break, and summers....my life was a complete mess....I took time away from the BWA and IWX....Thank God I won the case and she's still here, but I spent A LOT of money on my lawyer and went through a crazy shit. I tried to get Alucard to join us a couple times. He joined up once, but never did anything. Too bad

Charlie Sheen gets paid a fuck-ton.
Timmy, I'm pretty sure Alucard went into full-time retirement to work on his book. It's something I did for a while too, but both my novels are sitting around, half-finished. Wonder if he ever managed to finish and get published.

Slam II could well be on the way to legendary status, if you can get back to the form you were showing in the past you know you can do it. and Slam II Vs MJ has enough back story to continue somewhere down the line and be a feud to remember.
