HEELS...FACES...TWEENERS (ALL READ)

Ok,

so i want a chat about the current status of the characters that we have in the AWA.

If i miss anyone out, dont be offended, just add your comments.


The reason im doing this is because wil limited members i think we need to be a little more defind so that feuds can easily be established and so we have seperate storlines running.

right now, everyone seems a little mixed together, thats great when there are enough others to carry seperate SLs, but we do not have that right now.


So, this is the line up as I understand it, if i would it to be different, ill put that in brackets.

MJ Windsor - heel
James Lucas - heel

Jake Andrews - face

Dominic Slay - heel

Kokaine - heel (tweener, we need an individual, that can be adaptable)

Cooper - unsure (heel)

Slam II - unsure (face - we need the champ to be the biggest face right now)
Slam Senior - face

Donzig - tweener (face)
Frost - tweener (face)
Drake - tweener (face
Shelby - tweener (face)

Project Power - unsure (heels)


I am not saying this has to be the case, but i think it would help the AWA run better.

Right now, for example, with the Affliction. the face/heel heat seems to be changing constantly, they are involved in a lot of different angles and id like things to be a little clearer.

I understand the Affliction has a war against the AWA itself, but for now i think it would be best suited directed at certain people...

i.e, the heels.

Obviously Frost may end up in the title match against a heel and a face, so Frost may go a little tweener, but in a 'face' way when dealing with Slam.



What it comes down to is me feeling that we need some clarity.

NO ONE is at fault, this is an open chat, not an attack on anyone at all.


Also, i would not want anyone to change their characters when they did not want to, that would not work out.

But if during this time of limited RPs we can try and fill in the spots that are in need of filling, i think it would work out best for everyone.

and of course make my life a bit easier!!!

The situation appears very fluid, and that is new age (with few fitting the very clearly defined and stereotypical roles of "face" or "heel"). I always laugh at people's fear of being a face. They assume they have to act like John Cena, and it runs them off. I just turned my character from insulting the fans to insulting the heels. BOOM, face turn and you maintain your character's integrity. Look at what Orton and Austin have done. AJ is technically a tweener, but it's almost impossible for me to turn him heel. No matter what he does, he kind of has that veteran respect pop plus he isn't a genuinely malicious guy.

Almost every fed is in short supply of faces (do to fear or whatnot), so going face is actually the easiest way to shoot up the ladder. Reminds me of the Anti-Croc League and Anti-D.

there is nothing wrong with definition.

Regardless of his actions, Austin was a face, plain and simple. The biggest face in the company at the time.

Anywho...I'm glad this topic has come up because I don't know who is doing what!
Some people are being interjected into every storyline it seems and I'm not sure if they are heel or face at the time.
I have to face Donzig and Shelby who are somewhat faces but Donzig sometimes r/ps like he's against anyone and everyone lol. It's hard to know if he's heel or face at times.

I'm not trying to call out Donzig....not by any means because Marcus Cooper just did a r/p and I had no clue if he was going for face or heel. Anyways.....I'm glad this topic came up.


And P.S. I don't fear being a face makes me like Cena.....I feel it makes me like the Jericho of Old

By the way, I have been trying to play the heel against Slam, Andrews, and Slam II. And the face against everyone else, sometimes in the same thread.

I like to think that I do bad things for good reasons though ill admit I am favoring heel tendencies at the moment because this is all leading up to my match with slam II

like i said, i do not want anyone to be uncomfortable with who they are RPing as.

but i believe the place would look slicker and be easier to access for potential new members looking in if they were able to get an easy view of what is going on.




look, if people could try and drop themselves into a role, as detailed above and see how it works.

if it sucks, then no worries, but to be honest i am the best damn owner of all time so its highly unlikely.

Donzig hit the nail on the head for me....He's doing heel and face things in the same thread....but it's not all his fault....
He'll do heel things against me but then a heel will jump in and he'll have to go do face things in the same thread and then go back to heel things against me so, in the same post, he'll jump back and forth three or four times.

I love his work but sometimes I'm not sure how to respond to it! lol

I don't really care who is what anymore....I'm gonna be the best 'face' I can be like Jericho of his late WCW/early WWF days and not care who I'm facing! lol

Slam II- Face; But I want to be made to look like the Super Face!
Slam Senior- Face; Slam(face) vs. Donzig (heel); The only time I've ever used Slam senior as a heel was when I first started and I worked with Timbo Draven. Actualy any time I've been a heel as Slam senior was when I was aligned with Dravens....hmm?

I want Slam II as super face as we can make him....for a long time....
