No title was ever finer than the BWA Intercontinental Title. I came in as a free agent from USCW, and Luke made me a title!

This is no offense to anyone who could read this and take this the wrong way.. but I really dislike this place being called the AWA. The AWA was a legitimate federation ran by one of the worlds greatest promoters who was one of the only territories to actually make NEW stars. (Even Shawn Michaels went there for a little while. Hogan was made there. Hennig. Rude. Just an extraordinary amount.)
So my beef is this place having the same initials. I didn't mind BWA, or CWA. IWF was even.. acceptable. I doubt it's anything Luke would agree to, but I'd like to put it to a poll. Writing AWA in every roleplay annoys me.

(PS: I miss the BWA, even though I was there for a very, very short while, I still grasped the history of it through my obsessive history binges and felt a part of it because I knew so much history.)
(It's like Bret Hart trying to say "WWE". We know it just doesn't happen.)

<3 the white strap. Understand your feelings on AWA, but I was a part of changing AWA from "Albany Wrestling Alliance" to an orphan acronym. That's probably all we'll get. I missed USCW, but never jumped on the boat when friends tried to restart it. It'd be the same with BWA. I don't want it back now that it's gone. I don't want to tarnish it. From 2003-2005 (and toss on a little from CWA, if you like), BWA was the finest fed out there. It was a melting pot for WPWWF, EWCW, and USCW. The best of those feds came together and just blew it up! We'll never see anything like that again. The youthful passion is gone, but in its place we can write deep, meaningful stories. I miss that time in my life in general, but I won't cheapen it by walking under that banner again. I wouldn't be as opposed to a return to CWA. While I didn't love the name, it might appease Matt  |

Well, I am not sure what it has to do with heel, face, and tweener.....
But, okay.
Even though the CWA was Continental Wrestling Association run by Jerry Jarrett, and was full of Jerry Lawler, Hulk Hogan, Bruiser Brody, and NWA all stars like Harley Race, Ric Flair, and Terry Funk.

There's an indy fed in Buffalo called the Buffalo Wrestling Association. Can't use BWA now either. Fawk!
Edit: I say we change to being called WCW or WWF.

This fed is still Timmy's, me and Bill and 'caretaking' at the moment and that means the AWA remains the AWA. I have no issue with it anyway.
BWA is long gone and should not be revived, i try to not be 2 faced, ECW should never have returned for anything more than a 1 off PPV...and i would feel the same about my efed.
of course i agree that the BWA was the greatest of them all...it was my passion.
Why does anyone care about the Exalt/Smite thing? I never even look at it, i honestly have no reason to give a shit.
