Despite feeling that I'm in no condition to do this (behind on Rps), Donzig wouldn't take "no" for an answer. For those new to this, I used to do this weekly in USCW and BWA and more infrequently in CWA and AWA. I take everyone on the Anarchy card and give my opinion on their momentum (no NPCs). This is just an OOC thing done by just me, and it carries ZERO weight in determining match outcomes. I usually go a step further never post one the Saturday before a PPV to avoid influencing anything. My point is don't get all butthurt if I don't rave about you. It's just one man's opinion.
AWA Undisputed World Champion
Slam II - NEUTRAL I was a little underwhelmed by his work this week, and I don't really know what the splitting of the Slam family was meant to accomplish other than Slam II's unexpected gimmick change. If he commits to it, then it's significant. We shall see. He spent a lot of effort setting up his character base, which isn't bad the week before a defense. If he was doing this next week, then I'd have an issue with it. All in all not bad. Would like to see him become more of a force. That's the job of the Undisputed World Champion.
AWA Hardcore Champion
Jake Andrews - DOWN I just wasn't wowed by him this week. I expect he's saving up for a big title defense next week.
MJ Windsor - UP I always go out of my way to read his work, and I almost always love it. I know why he dropped down, but I still view him as the class of the federation and the measuring stick every wrestler should compare himself to. Complete mastery of his character. Worthy heir to the cocky, womanizing, sadistic heel made pioneered by Sheldon Reese and Croc.
James Lucas - NEUTRAL No strong feelings one way or the other, but he's my favorite to win the title. Has clear direction and has steady work. Anything can happen next week, but he might have an ever so slight lead (in my book) as of this posting.
Donzig - UP The guy who made me write this (and return in my limited capacity) will walk away. MJ is the class of excellency. Donzig is the class of creation. He reminds me a lot of what I used to be: the guy who wrote a lot and created stuff for other people to feed off of. The role is best left to a midcarder, which he's dropped down to for the time being. When main eventers do that, it muddies the top of the card, which hurts the fed. Grooming successors, though. I like that.
Frost - NEUTRAL Looks like the odd man out of the title match. He was added late and will have to work harder than anyone else to justify his placement then to justify his winning. Tall task. I think he has want it takes to achieve it, but he has to steal the focus of the feud. I never liked being in that position, but he's passionate about it. Gime 'em hell next week.
Kokaine - DOWN Gave him the rub in one of my Rps, and he hasn't rolled with it, yet. Basically begged for the match he got at the PPV, got it, then...? When inspired he can be pretty good. Maybe he'll get the work ethic notched up, but it wasn't here this week.
Gavin Drake - UP Slowly working his way from standard support NPC to respectable midcarder.
"The Myth" Marcus Cooper - NEUTRAL I need to read more to really get an idea. I've always been the one guy who doesn't do a kneejerk over new guys. Too many don't take the effort and just fade. Doing decently so far. Hope you choose to build on it.
Brian Shelby - NEUTRAL Can't give a down just because he was a secondary/NPC. He's there, but hasn't really been much.
Green - NEUTRAL See: Cooper, Marcus
