Go Green (Donzig)

[Ryan Green]

<>The scene opens and one half of the AWA Tag Team Champions, Green, is walking down one of the many halls backstage in the arena.
Green is smartly dressed and has his strap of gold drapped over his shoulder. Green comes to a stop and looks at the door in front of him, there is a sign which looks like it used to read 'New Connection Suite', but this has been taped over and what appears to be a temporary fixture has been placed over it reading 'Your Boss Office'
Green shrugs his shoulders, assuming he has found the room that he needs so he goes ahead and knocks.
The door opens and standing there to greet Green is The Role Model, Anthony Jordan. Green looks a little suprised, annoyed even as he turns his head to look past Jordan, he spots Donzig sitting at desk, cigar burning away.
Green looks at Jordan<>

"I am here to see him"

<>Jordan chuckles to himself before replying<>

Anthony Jordan
"And you are?"

<>Green roles his eyes as he replies<>

"Very witty, now move aside"

<>Jordan looks at Green for a moment, and then looks over to Donzig whose head remains down looking at something on the desk top, but his eyes roll up and then he nods, welcoming Green into the room.
Jordan side steps but keeps an eye on Green as he walks across the room.
Green pauses at the chair in front of him, he looks to Donzig who this time lifts his head and then he points, Green takes this as his cue to sit down<>

Donzig
"And what is it that you want?"

<>Green clears his throat, not scared, but possibly a little intimidated, but he does his best not to show it<>

"Well what i want is some respect!"

<>Donzig's attention is pricked as he puts his cigar down for a moment<>

Donzig
"Respect is earn't"

"I am aware of that, and thats what i have been doing, and i should be getting respect by now, not comments like that from him."

<>Green points backwards over his shoulder in the direction of Anthony Jordan, but Greens attention remains on Donzig<>

"I am now a tag team champion and i am sure you saw what i did to Joel Frost on monday night."

Donzig
"You mean what you and Marcus Cooper did"

"No actually i don't, Cooper and I are a team and a friggin good team, but i am my own man and i am here for one reason and one reason only and thats to be the top dog in the AWA!
My only concern is that you saw what i did and that you know what i am capable of doing.
Now, i am not thrilled about the fact that your mate over there"

<>again Green points to Jordan without actually looking in his direction<>

"got a free friggin pass to the number one contenders match, seeing as no one has seen him do fuck all around here in a very long time, but i guess having friends in high places really helps?"

<>Donzig actually grins as he listens to Green, maybe he almost likes his upfront attitude?<>

"But i want you to know that i am not interested in how buddy buddy you two are, it will be me, Green, who beats the living daylights out of James Lucas and then i am going to move on to him"

<>you guessed it, Green points to Jordan once again without acknowledging him with a look<>

"and whoever else makes into the fatal 4 way and i am going to fuckin destroy them, even if it is Marcus Cooper standing opposite me. You see we have an understanding, we both want singles glory, but there is no bad blood between us, its simple sportsmanship, but the fact remains that i am the better man.

So then, when i get what i deserve and i am placed in a one on one match with Joel Frost i am going to hurt him very very badly and then i am going to take the World Championship from him.

And soon enough Donzig, you and everyone else is going to have no choice but to Go Green!"

<>Green has said his piece and is looking confident, he moves to get up from his chair, is he stopped?<>

[Donzig]

Donzig stared at Green, and it was clear that the cogs in his demented mind were turning. Then he folded his hands before him, lips pressed into a grim line before he spoke.

"Mister Green, I admire your fighting spirit." The Corporate God mused, shuffling some papers. And then he looked to a watching Anthony Jordan. "And you are right, having friends in high places has it's benefits."

He rose from the desk, pacing across the room before he paused to adjust his tie. Then he looked at Green, smiling faintly. "You see, for years the owners of AWA and this Industry have held me down. Held me back, and the way I see it? It is time I had my turn."

Donzig shrugged his shoulders, and then crossed back to his desk. Flipping through the papers, before he looked back to Green. "You want your chance to shine? You want to earn some respect? December Thirteenth at Anarchy, one week before the Pay-Per-View you will face Joel Frost in a Hardcore Match."

Donzig tossed the paper back down, and then he turned with a scowl. "I am sure you will earn some fucking respect from that, Green."

[Ryan Green]

<>Green is already standing now, having slowly moved up during Donzigs talk.
Donzig has stopped only a foot or two away from Green and Green is fighting back the need to cough as the cigar smoke fills the air<>

"Ill take that match thank you very much. But how about this, seeing as i am going to win the No.1 contenders match next monday night,"

<>a chuckle comes from Jordan in response to this, which is ignored by Green<>

"i want take my title match in that match, December 13th i want my shot!
And after i have beaten Joel Frost, after i leave him laying in a pool of his own blood in that Hardcore Match, then the following sunday night at the ppv i would be more than happy to allow him his rematch.
what do you think about that, sir?"

[Donzig]

Anthony Jordan snorted at that, folding his arms across his chest as he frowned at Mr. Green. Clearly the Role Model did not take the man seriously. Donzig meanwhile had settled back behind his desk.

He grunted, absently drawing out a cigar. He sniffed at it, then produced his cigar cutter slicing off the end. His eyes narrowed on Green as though thinking. "Planning ahead, Mr, Green?"

He chewed on the cigar, musing before he struck a match. And he puffed at it, smoke swirling as the end of the cigar brightened. Fire catching as the Hardcore Incarnate looked between AJ and Green, then he shrugged. "You know what? If you win on Monday? I will take that under consideration, Mr. Green."
