Decent show... hightlites:
DX vs. ShowMiz- far too short, but it was the overrun... whatever. I figured there were four ways that this match could play out, all of which involved ShowMiz retaining the titles. 1. Undertaker gets involved, distracts HBK. 2. Sheamus gets involved, DQ or screwjob finish. 3. HBK turns on Triple H. 4. (least likely) HHH turns on HBK. I was kind of hoping for option 3... it'd been a good twist... but, they went with the most obvious (but admittedly most logical) choice. I have to admit, even after all these years of watching WWE, I still get creeped out by Taker's eyes. Especially tonight... I was expecting Taker to speak, but instead they had a close-up of the eyes going up... creeped my shit out.
Bret Hart vs. Vince McMahon is ON... even with Hart's "broken leg." Obviously Hart is limited (my guess is they did the broken leg angle just so they would give him an excuse to be less physical). But the more I think about this match, the more I like it. Sure, it'd be great if Hart was in better physical shape (by which I mean, never had his stroke)... but this is a match that doesn't necessarily need to be a great one on a physical level. If they choreograph it correctly, it can still have some good spots, keep both McMahon and Hart comfortable, and finally put a great ending to this story.
Next week's RAW has Vince vs. Cena... I think it's safe to assume that Batista will be involved somehow.
Other notes... Cheech and Chong was crap. Getting high on Lucky Charms? This guest host gimmic has been hit-or-miss since day one, but lately it's just been sad. It's run it's course. End it.
MVP and Swagger will be in MitB... shaping up to be a good match.
That's all of significance I can think of.
