(Tag Team Handicap Match)
The New Connection
(“The Ego” MJ Windsor (c) & Khris Heaven
vs.
Slam Senior
w/Slam II
MJ Windsor set up this match for his own pleasure, wanting to ensure damage would be done to one of the men who will be fighting for the tag team titles at Grudgement Day, but worse than that he wanted Slam II to watch his own father get hurt whilst not being able to do anything about it.
Slam Senior was looking in good shape, starting off against MJ he quickly showed that he was ready for action. Ring rust was evident, but to be expected however he held his own and soon MJ called for the match to come to a halt.
The champion then announced that the New Connection would not work under ‘tag rules’ and was NO DQ! He called Khris Heaven into the ring and the 2 on 1 advantage soon built up.
After a beat-down MJ grabbed Slam Senior and held his limp head and made Slam II look into his eyes. Khris Heaven then pulled Slam Senior to his feet, ready for MJ to his The Ego Trip.
But before that could happen a figure appeared in the ring, dressed in black jeans, long sleeved black top and luchador mask, and he was carrying a steel chair. Before Khris could react the chair connected with MJs back. MJ crippled over as Khris dropped Slam Sr but it was too late for her as a second swing of the chair cracked against her skull, sending her stumbling back and through the ropes.
MJ was hurt but pushed himself back to his feet as the Masked man dropped the chair, MJ turned around and walked straight into an EGO TRIP! Landing down onto the steel chair. The Masked man looked around at the cheering fans and then left as quickly as he appeared.
Shaking off the cobwebs Slam Sr picked up MJ Windsor, hit the ‘Slam Down’ and the referee made the winning count.
Slam Senior won the match by pinning MJ Windsor.
(Tag Team)
The New Connection
“The Virus”
Ripper
&
Hardcore Fred (c)
vs.
“The Franchise”
James Lucas (c)
&
The Enforcer
An important match heading into Grudgement day for all 4 men, and it showed as they went full throttle. Although James Lucas appeared to be playing mind games, tagging in The Enforcer whenever it looked like he might end up having to go toe to toe with Ripper.
This eventually got the better of Rippers resolve, with the Enforcer and Fred as the legal men, Ripper went to the outside and started brawling with the Hardcore Champion.
With the referees attention on the ‘legal’ action, he did not see Lucas make use of his Hardcore title belt which connected with Ripper in sickening fashion.
Back in the ring Lucas distracted Fred long enough for the Enforcer to hit the Super Punch. Lucas then tagged himself in, hit the ‘Worlds Deadliest Finisher’ and took the glory for himself.
But in echos of last week, Ripper got himself back in the ring, holding the belt and once again used it to put an end to Lucas’s celebration. With the champion down the challenger strapped the belt around his own waist and walked out.
Will Lucas be able to take back the belt before Grudgement Day or could we see Ripper walk in as the ‘carrier’ of the belt and walk out as the ‘owner’ of the belt?
All we know for sure is that this match is going to be a bloodbath!
James Lucas & The Enforcer won with Lucas pinning Hardcore Fred.

“The Role Model”
Anthony Jordan
Vs
“The Word”
Lucias Bird
**Special ref – “The Ego” MJ Windsor**
The highly anticipated encounter between 2 out of the 3 men battling for the AWA Championship at Grudgement Day was now upon us. With the competitors in the ring, all that was required was for MJ Windsor to show up as the guest referee. He did show, but on the AWA TRON. Being attended to by medics in the New Connection Suite following the attack by the Masked man, MJ announced that he would not be able to fulfil his referee duties. Instead his lover, Angela Jordan would take his place. This obvious stab at “The Role Model” was met by jeers from the fans as Angela made her way out, sporting a skin tight black and white striped cat suit she took her place in the ring and walked straight up to her brother, she smirked and then told him that ‘MJ is going to rip this cat suit off me later’!
Hearing such vulgarity from his own sister, Jordan started warning her to shut her mouth and stay out of his way. The cunning Bird took advantage of this and started the action off with a hard running forearm to Jordans back.
The action was fast paced and the fans loved and appreciated the action. But it was clear Angela Jordan had her own, or rather MJ’s agenda to attend to. A number of reasons stopped her making pin fall counts for both men. Eventually leading to them stalking Angela to the outside of the ring.
But their attention was taken away as the AWA World Champion appeared on the ramp, walking a few steps down the ring but with a barrier of security in front. Bird and Jordan started brawling with the security as Angela got herself back into the ring and started a very fast count.
Getting to 10 meant the match was over. MJ smugly laughed as the security kept him safe, but he was not done. Calling another 10 men from the back Bird and Jordan were vastly out number and the result saw them left laying on the entrance ramp.
Angela Jordan left the ring and joined her man on the stage, embracing in a long kiss as the final Anarchy before the big show went off air.
The match ended in a Double count out.
