I won't be rocking the OOC. I've come to realize I have a lot of problems, and they're only getting worse. I don't like who I am and who I've let myself become. I can't take baby steps to get where I need to be. I've always been terrible at it. I have to make a huge lifestyle change (even if it's just temporary. Think of it like pressing the "reset" button). I've given too much control of my life to others, and this is the only way I can think of to take it back.
If you need to talk me or have problems, I will be available via PM. I won't be so involved in this that I'll ignore a plea of help from a friend. I may not want to communicate with anyone, but I will aid someone in need. I'm not going to spite people because of my own errors.
I think RPing technically doesn't count because it isn't direct contact with another person, it's interaction between characters. Plus it can be quite cathartic. I get a feeling of accomplishment from RPing, and I think it's a hobby I should maintain.
This is where we stand now, and it is indefinite. I wish you the best, guys, and I hope you enjoy my submissions on the RP board.
