*The scene opens up in the AWA interview area where Chris Sonnier is holding a microphone and standing next to the AWA Undisputed World Champion. "The Role Model" is wearing a "Quadruple Undisputed World Champion" T-shirt, and that is all the picture. Noticeably missing is the AWA Undisputed World Title. Sonnier turns to Jordan and starts the interview.*
Sonnier: "Two weeks after winning the Undisputed World Title, you will be defending against Kevyn Kash. Not a lot of time to savor the win."
*Jordan nods.*
Jordan: "No, but a good champion needs to be ready to defend. I have had more than enough time to recover from beating Jake Andrews, and Whitey Ford was only a warm-up. I am healthy and ready to face the guy who failed English in high school."
Sonnier: "So you don't find the spelling of Kevyn Kash's name cool?"
*Jordan chuckles.*
Jordan: "Even though the God awful destruction of the English language via texting and instant messaging seems to be in, I will never think someone who winds up looking like an illiterate moron is cool. I suppose the alliteration is kind of cool, but 'y' instead of 'i' and 'k' instead of 'c' is simply silly. See, Chris, that was good alliteration!"
*Jordan gives his goofy grin as Sonnier looks around confused.*
Sonnier: "But you were just talking. You weren't writing, so you could have perhaps spelled it wrong."
*The AWA Undisputed World Champion shakes his head.*
Jordan: "I always spell things write."
*Hoping the joke isn't lost, I continue with the role-play. Sonnier just accepts it and moves on.*
Sonnier: "Regardless of your respect, or lack thereof, for Kevyn Kash's level of education, he has gotten very serious as of late. He even burned one of your shirts and stole your Undisputed World Title belt."
*Jordan scratches his chin in thought.*
Jordan: "Addressing the former point first, I could care less if he destroyed my merchandise because he had to buy it to be able to have it to burn. Thanks for boosting my T-shirt sales, Kev. Even if you stole it from one of my fans, they will go back and buy another, so you helped me out regardless. If you want to have another bonfire, then you will have to buy another shirt. Keep it going, Kash Money! Make a big tradition of it! Heck, burn a box of my shirts. I want to crush MJ's AWA T-shirt sales record, and every little bit helps."
*"The Role Model" smirks as Sonnier nods.*
Sonnier: "And what about him taking your belt?"
*Jordan shrugs.*
Jordan: "Theft is a criminal charge, and I could have a thief arrested. However, I am here to say that Kevyn Kash is no thief."
*Sonnier gives Jordan a confused look.*
Sonnier: "What do you mean? Did you give him the belt?"
*Jordan returns the confused look.*
Jordan: "No."
Sonnier: "Well, then that makes Kevyn Kash a thief."
Jordan: "What makes you say that?"
Sonnier: "He stole your belt. He took it without your permission. It's pretty cut and dry."
Jordan: "Really?"
*Jordan reaches down and pull the AWA Undisputed World Title into the shot and slings it over his right shoulder. Sonnier looks shocked.*
Sonnier: "You stole it back?"
*Jordan chuckles.*
Jordan: "Nope. I think our little T-shirt buyer also bought a replica belt. I am sure Timmy Draven appreciates his business. He might be the AWA's customer of the month. That is pretty good, and I am happy he won that because everyone knows he is not going to be the Undisputed World Champion."
*Jordan gives his goofy grin before turning to the camera.*
Jordan: "But, Kev, if you really wanted the belt, all you had to do was ask. I will let you carry it around. See what it does for you. I promise you that the magic does not transfer. You can walk around with the gold. The champion makes the title, and it does not matter if I am carrying around a belt of gold or cardboard because I am a champion. You walking around with the title would mean nothing because no one would think of you as a champion. Champions make the belts, not the other way around."
*Jordan rolls his eyes and sighs.*
Jordan: "If you think I am lying, then be man enough to get face-to-face with me. I will hand the belt over to you until I dismantle you in the ring and take it back on Monday. Kash, if you are a man, you will step up, but I do not think you will. You would be crushed under the weight of a twenty pound belt, and you know it."
*Sonnier turns to the camera.*
Sonnier: "Will Kevyn Kash show up?"
Jordan: "No, he will not, and I am not going to waste my time standing here to be proven right."
*Jordan walks off the set as the scene ends.*
