The night was set to be a mixture of team dynamics and down and out pure hatred as Anarchy staged 2 massive tag team contests involving all of the top stars in the company.
6 MAN TAG (Elimination rules)
"The Virus"
Ripper
"The Golden Child"
NJD
Scorpion
Vs
"The Franchise"
James Lucas (c)
The Enforcer
Othello Craven
First up was the 6 man tag, It was the ‘team captains’ who have the biggest reason to want to inflict main on one another, James Lucas and NJD will meet one on one at the Battle of Champions V in a few short weeks and they both want to get as much momentum on route as possible.
Before the match began it was announced by Angela Jordan (speaking for MJ Windsor) that it would be fought under ‘elimination’ rules.
James Lucas made quick work of Scorpion and took his team to a 3/2 advantage. But from there things started to look bad for the New Connection protégé as NJD proved he had shaken off any ring rust by downing Othello Craven and then former Chaos Champion, The Enforcer.
The tide had turned and now the Hardcore Champion was facing a 2 on 1 handicap match. NJD was to get a little over enthusiastic after applying an ankle lock on Lucas. Refusing to listen to the refs 5 count. The referee warned NJD that he would be DQed and this snapped Draven Jr out of his ‘zone’. It was at this point that Angela Jordan once again made her presence felt, again acting on behalf of MJ Windsor, Angela Jordan informed the referee that if he did not DQ NJD right then and there for refusing to break the 5 count, then he would be fired and never work as an official again!
Knowing he has a family to provide for, the referee did as he was told and DQed NJD. A reluctant NJD accepted this and left ringside, not wanting to risk the referees future pay cheque.
This left James Lucas and Ripper, but as the referee was ensuring that NJD left ringside, Lucas hit Ripper with a low blow, and lifted the big man into the Worlds Deadliest Finisher and that was all she wrote.
The referee was right to have concerns over whether NJD had indeed left or not, as James Lucas has a short lived celebration when NJD returned and went all out in beating the Hardcore Champion down. Lifting the belts into the air to the applause of the fans, NJD let it be known how he saw the outcome of the huge match at Battle of Champions.
Winner – James Lucas
Backstage, MJ Windsor greeted his victories, but slightly worse for wear New Connection brother, James Lucas. MJ told him to get out the arena and straight back to the Penthouse Suite at the hotel were he could rest up, MJ had already got the Swedish masseurs on standby. MJ had the main event covered.

We have all heard of a ‘marriage made in hell’, but how about 2 marriages made in hell! The teams that had been put together here had no love lost, in fact the individuals that made up the separate teams will be facing each other in matches at Battle of Champions!
Amazingly the superstars made it to the ring and the opening bell actually got to ring, most were expecting this match to never even get started!
Well Anthony Jordan and Whitey Ford did their best to get MJ Windsor and Slam II to face off against each other, but true to his word, Slam II refused to lay a finger on him. That was until MJ Windsor got a little cocky and demanded that Slam II ‘lay down’ and take one for the team! Slam II decided to break his promise and deliver a hard right to the Ego, and then tag in the man who may have the most legit claim to hating MJ Windsor, Anthony Jordan.
In a glimpse back to their past encounters, MJ and AJ put on a show, evenly matched with near falls.
MJ looked to make a tag himself, but Slam II was standing down off the apron at ringside and grabbed Whitey Ford from his spot, starting a ringside brawl.
MJ had made a mistake with his earlier actions and was now paying for them.
MJ and AJ continued to fight it out until Ford got the upper hand on the outside of the ring. Taking his moment he went straight for MJ, MJ to counter with the Ego Trip, but Ford blocked it and was soon hooking in the Backtoss Piledriver!
Slam II was now back in the ring and was tackling Whitey Ford.
Ceasing the moment, Jordan rolled up the fallen MJ Windsor, the ref slapped the canvas and the fans erupted at seeing their most hated superstar beaten in the ring.
Winners – ‘Disputed World Champions’ Anthony Jordan and Slam II
following the match, Slam II, now wielding a steel chair and his Anarchy World title belt cleared the ring of Anthony Jordan and Whitey Ford.
As MJ staggered to his feet the fans were willing Slam to take out his frustration on the former world champion. MJ put his hands up to plead his case and Angela Jordan came running from the back, giving MJ his custom gold mic so that he could speak without having to use a ‘shared company mic’.
MJ told Slam II that he understood why he did what he did, he understood that he should not have asked Slam to ‘lay down’ for him and that he realises Slam is worth more than that.
The fans were not impressed with this cowardly act to protect his physical health, and they were even less impressed when Slam II dropped the chair down to the canvas, placed his title belt over his shoulder and stepped out of the ring. The fans were left reeling as they wondered what this odd relationship was all about
