MAIN EVENT
Slam II (c)
"The Solution" Jake Andrews (c)
Vs
The New Connection
"The Ego" MJ Windsor & "The franchise" James Lucas
With the referee distracted James Lucas returned the 'favour' on Jake Andrews, by taking him out with a steel chair, leaving MJ free to hit an Ego Trip and secure the win for the New Connection.
Dominic Slay
Vs
Jonny London
Slay made quick work of Jonny London, being in a foul mood since Unfinished Business, Slay beat London in a swift 65 seconds.
Khris Heaven
Vs
Vixen
A rare treat, two athletic, talents women put on a great match and neither was willing to let their moment in the spotlight fade. On this night a winner could not be decided as both women ended up outside the ring, oblivious to the referees 10 count.
Kokaine
Vs
Crazy Donnie
w/Crazy Bill
Kokaine was on a mission, to avenge his Unfinished Business loss. And whether it was ring rust or Kokaines athletic ability, Crazy Donnie was not able to gain the momentum and it was Kokaine who left victorious. Following the match a war of words broke out between Kokaine and Bill, which ended when Kokaine kicked Bill with a very low blow!
Interestingly, Kokaines elbow seemed fine during the match, but suddenly seemed to bother him on his way back up the ramp.
Bodycount
w/Butcher Jim
Vs
Gavin Drake (c)
w/ Brian Shelby (c)
The newly crowned tag team champions carried on their momentum as Gavin Drake managed to use the distraction of his tag partner to put away Body Count.
Following the main event, the entire New Connection hit the ring, forcing Slam II and Jake Andrews to the outside so that MJ Windsor could deliver his announcement.
In a shocking moment, MJ declared that he was not invoking his AWA Undisputed Championship clause.
MJ has other things on his mind, saying that the AWA had been infected with a poison and that the poison was out to get him so it was his job to wipe it out before it took over.
He said that he should have never lost the World titlein the first place, but he did and it was now time for someone else to have a chance.
And that someone else, well MJ told everyone that he had officially signed over his championship match to his protégé, James Lucas!
This brought out the Official Advisor, The Ringmaster. The RM said he would go along with this because MJ Windsor had the power to make the call, however the RM could add to any match that MJ makes.
The RM said that he was introducing a new PPV, Halloween Havoc on October 31st, Slam II Vs James Lucas and a third person, and that person would either be Joel Frost, or Kokaine! These two men will go one on one next week to decide who will get the spot in the main event for the AWA Undisputed Championship. And the match will be fought inside the TERROR DOME!
The Ringmaster also announced that seeing as James Lucas was not trying to reclaim the Hardcore Championship, that Dominic Slay would get his chance after being ‘taken out’ at Unfinished Business. Slay will take on Jake Andrews at Halloween Havoc.
