Jeff never really had much charisma either- his success was due to style (both in the ring and in his own weird personality).
As for Matt... I'm a fan. I'd love to see him at the top. I haven't been following this situation that closely or anything, though. But hopefully whatever happens works out for the best for him. I'm not too terribly invested.

I say release him. Him doesn't have what it takes in the WWE. I'm WAY to drun to bother typing anything elsew of what I'm thinkign/feeling right now

creative is to blame on a lot of occasions, but Matt has been there long enough to have sorted out some backstage pull.
the job is not just about what you do in front of the camera, its like any business, you sometimes have to step on others to get to the top and thats just how it is! Matt can bitch and moan all he likes but he has earned a WWE salary for the majority of his pro career and has had WWE backing for the majority of his pro career.
he is a mid card talent and needs to accept and appreciate that.
