I didn't watch last night even though Andy Samberg was hosting, and I'm a big fan of his. Did anyone watch?
Basically Twilight cleaned up (which is a joke considering it beat The Dark Knight for Best Fight Scene and Best Movie), and Eminem got teabagged by Bruno.

How the fuck did Twilight beat anything for best fight scene, let alone Best Movie? Bullshit, bullshit, bullshit. The fight consisted of two badly portrayed characters with the bad guy having no backstory except he can smell shit really good. They fought for three minutes, then its over!
Ah well. Guess I'm just not an emo-vampire fan.

I have MTV News bookmarked on my computer, because they actually get a lot of good music and movie news... but it does get REALLY frustrating, shifting through the Twilight bullshit. A few years ago, when Britney Spears was having her meltdown, there would be at least two articles a day on it. Now there's almost always at least one Twilight article a day... it's annoying as fuck. But they barely have enough coverage of music and films that I care about. So I deal.
And despite my hatred for the actual MTV channel, I do wish I could have seen the Movie Awards... Andy Samberg is probably the funniest player on SNL. Plus, I need to see this Eminem/Bruno thing- sounds fucking hilarious. Now it's speculation as to whether or not it was staged... I kind of doubt it. Sasha Baron Cohen has got huge balls- and Eminem doesn't seem like the sort of guy who'd play along. But it just seems hilarious... I'll YouTube it when I get back to America.

Titanic was at least a decent movie. It was popular among the tweens due to Leo's dreaminess... but it's actually pretty good beyond the surface.
Twilight... ugh. It goes in the same category as Jonas Brothers and Miley Cyrus. Tween girls have way too much power in this country.

i honestly do not watch mtv or barely mtv2...its just not musicy enough if thats a word, im sure its not.
i just want to say something also that i cant stand emo-vampire fan fuckers, like at the wal-mart around here there is so many of those freaks running around, talking about twilight, and shit it just pisses me off bad enough every tabloid you look at its about that fucking movie and its fucking cast! its worse then a case of the clap...aint it timmy

I had to sit through the Twilight movie with my friend Samantha from work. I told her ok I pick the next movie, snapped at the end cause she's like yeah now your going to see the next one with me too (Blood Moon or something corny like that.) I told her ok fine I pick another movie.... So when she comes back from ohio in august I'm making her sit through The Punisher: War Zone, and The Wrestler. REVENGE!
