Ok, so you will have seen that a show card has been posted. Anarchy, 6th June 2011 This will help Timmy and I decide what the future holds for the AWA. There are no approx 2 weeks for those already here, and those who will hopefully join to show that there is enough interest in the awa to keep it open, probably as a 'limited RP' fed. I am pretty confident Timmy will 'OK' this, there is some info you should all know about the 6th June show, and probably for any shows that come after it. - there is no RP limit as such. There is a set number that needs to be achieved and that is TWO RPs for a TV show match and THREE RPs for a PPV match
- If you do less and your opponent reaches the set number, then you are unlikely to win
- if you do more, thats great, but you will need to PM both Timmy and myself (as we are not sure who will be doing the results) and advise us of which 2 or 3 RPs are to be judged. These and these allown will be used to decide winners and losers.
So, to clarify, 15 RPs will not automatically beat 4 RPs. If the 2 RPs judged for the guy who has done 4 RPs is deemed better, then the 4 RP guy will win, of course this works vice versa. We realise that time is restricted, but setting a limit could mean we see just the odd RP here and there, which is no good for anyone really, so please RP as much as you like, but it will remain fair between those who are busy with other things and those who are not because there will be a 'limit' with regards to the RPs that are judged. Hope this makes sense, please ask any questions here...

What about replies? Once a guy picks an RP, does that entire thread count or just the initial RP?

good question, and it is something i had not thought about.
Hopefully Timmy will jump in and agree, or disagree and tell you all what the answer should be, but ill go with this...
the RPer picks which ones to judge.
if he chooses 2 from the same thread, then thats fine, or 1 from one thread and 1 from another, no problem. whether it be an initial 'starter' RP or a reply, doesnt matter.
make sense?
also, i think we need to set the deadlines correctly.
for Monday Anarchy i would say me and Timmy both need to have the your chooses in by Saturday mid day - 12pm, UK time (you figure out your time). for PPVs...we will cross that bridge when we get to it.

Also, instead of PMing you our picks, could we go back and edit the RP titles to say something like "RP Name (#1)?" That way it's clear, more open and easier than you and Timmy sorting PMs and trying to work together to make sure who got what. Now, if you pick a RP in the middle of a thread, then you'll have to PM the owners to tell them.

i was thinking whether the 'chosen rps' should be 'out in the open' or not, i guess it does not matter.
what ill do is set up a thread were you can list which RPs have been chosen in one place, that way me and timmy see them easily.

there is now a SUB BOARD in the RP section.
read it, DO NOT POST ANYTHING OTHER THAN LISTINGS FOR YOUR CHOSEN RPs - ANYTHING ELSE WILL BE DELETED.

Ha, LuMmy fucking rules . . . I was reading through this and totally thinking "hmm, we should set up a sub-board for the RP's that they want to count" . . . as I scroll down, I see that my other "internet half" has already done this . . . this is why LuMmy fucking rules!

I'll be throwing up another one either tonight or tomorrow, I'm fairly sure. Depending on how much work I have.

i am not having a go at anyone, i know it is not easy but i got to say its a little disappointing that some people have failed to put out the requested 2 RPs in what has effectively been a 2 week period. thank you to those that have shown some great work and to everyone who has RPed, but as stated, if you do not do the required 2 RPs, then you are aware that your chances of a win and very very slim.
I will be talking to Timmy about match results and they will be done and posted by the end of day monday.
I would like to think that we will continue with this, but the RP activity from ENOUGH different members is a little worrying.
we will see.
