So, if you've not seen Raw then either watch it first or read on...
Clay 'debuted' and all I can say is that the wwe surprised the fucking hell out of me!!!
Clay is a big red singlet wearing baby face that is a mixture of Akeem, Rikishi and The Godfather!
And even after reading what I just wrote I'm still going to say I fucking loved it!!!
He hit the ramp in a pimp style red track suit with 2 amazingly fit women by his side and danced down to the ring!
During the match/squash he made weird noises and said things like 'my bad'.
I should totally hate this but I don't, the guy has charisma and the fact is he is a huge fucking lump that can really move well. He has talent and if he is allowed to kick arse in the ring whilst using this gimmick then it could be great.
They could have gone down the generic monster heel and everyone of us thought he was going to be just that.
I look forward to seeing him next week!
Other Raw thoughts...
CM Punk - continuing to be a mid show filler. He is the wwe champ but Cena is still the star, that much is being made very clear. Punk could be used so much better. I'm actually starting to get bored of him, he mouthed off so much and now he is just a puppet bitch. I wanted to invest in his character but I'm losing faith quickly.
Kane - wish he wasn't speaking. He losses his aura when he speaks. They should have paid James Mitchell to be his mouth piece.
Cena - just boring.
Ryder - he isn't even carrying the US title around with him and that pisses me off. It should be his pride and joy. And pairing him with Cena is turning me off.
Edge and the 4 Horsemen - In the HoF, that's great. Wonder what will happen with Flair? Does he get another ring? He could sell to pay his ex wives.
Jericho - Awesome

During Brodus Clay, I just kept saying "what the fuck?" . . . however, I agree with you about who he resembles. He is a mix of all those guys and it actually was entertaining. I can't help but wonder if it'll get REAL OLD, REAL QUICK . . . or if this gimmick will provide enough entertainment that we actually like the guy. We'll see.
It's a shame about CM Punk. He's THE man in the business and still gets squashed. If they want to push this Cena/Kane feud, awesome, do it up . . . but don't keep Cena as the main event. Let CM Punk carry the company. When they make Cena be the main event, it shows that they don't have any confidence in anyone else. Must make the other guys feel like shit.
I agree about Ryder. You fought so hard to get that belt . . . FUCKING WEAR IT!
Edge and 4 Horsemen = AWESOME . . . I do not keep up with TNA anymore . . . is Flair still there? If so, how will this work? If he's not, then it'll be nice to see the 4 Horsemen together for the HoF . . . I'm happy for Edge, he definitely deserves it. I was wondering if they were going to induct Macho Man this year . . . guess not!
Jericho . . . I didn't like this one as much as the last one . . . he's a terrible fake cryer, and maybe that was the point . . . but if it was, it shows that he's definitely coming back as a heel. I'd like to have the questions, the wondering, the not knowing for a little bit . . . however, if he keeps coming out and not saying anything, until the fans boo him, then he'll get what he wants and he'll get to run his mouth about them turning on him and how they switch on and off all the time . . . either way, I'm happy to have Jericho back . . . once they have CM Punk vs. Chris Jericho, I think Vince will be able to back off a little on Cena. It'll be more easy for Vince to have Punk and Jericho in the main event.
On a side note . . . after the Rumble, there is the Elimination Chamber . . . have any of you thought about someone from Smackdown winning the Rumble and facing their champion . . . leaving the Raw title without a challenger . . . could we see John Cena win the Elimination Chamber and then face the Rock for the title? I'm not 100% sure Punk vs. Jericho will happen at WM for the title . . . I hope it is like that, but back in the day, Cena and The Rock talked about being in the main event and wrestling for the title . . . could Punk just be an inbetween champion?

Savage could still be in the HoF this year, unfortunately he is no longer here with us so I'd say that he would not be the main event of the show, that'll be Edge. It's difficult to have a dead guy to be presented as the main attraction as they are not around to talk themselves (sorry for stating the obvious) He needs to be honoured.
Regards Jericho, the crying was definitely meant to look fake, he is just being an arsehole.
Clay could get old quickly, but that's fine, when the fans get bored and boo he can turn into the monster heel. I just like the guys ring style, size and decent speed is good.

I read that at a house show last week, Jericho came out, was about to speak, but Otunga came out and told him to turn off his awesome light-jacket because it could start seizures- and the segment ended with Jericho hitting the Walls of Jericho on Otunga...
Now, this doesn't mean much... but I find it interesting. I still think he's going to eventually be a full-fledged heel. I'm extremely invested in this storyline... I'm hoping next week we see SOME sort of progress to it, though. If it's just another "JeriRolled" segment, it'll be overkill. My guess... we'll get one last "JeriRolled" segment half-way through the show, but then he'll interfere in the Punk/Dolph match- but to HELP Punk. And in the weeks till the Rumble, we'll see Jericho's true intentions.
Brodus Clay... that was quite the misdirection. I initially just face-palmed and rolled my eyes, but I admit I was won over. He was having fun with it. Once he said, "My bad!," I damn-near died laughing. But I agree with Timmy- it'll probably get old pretty quick. But let's be honest, eventually he'll turn into the heel monster that we expected from him. Vince loves those characters. That being said... I gotta wonder why they decided to pull the trigger on Clay instead of Husky Harris. They've got a similar size, but Harris has got more agility, and frankly, more talent. I guess Clay has a better "look"- as a monster, and admittedly, in the charasmatic Funkasaurus roll. Hopefully Harris gets a shot soon.
I was surprised that Edge got the HoF... at least, surprised that it happened this year. The big rumor is that The Rock will be nominated this year- which, let's face it, is bound to happen, since it's in Miami. I'm just worried that Rock will overshadow Edge. But still... THRILLED for Edge. It was bound to happen. As was the 4 Horsemen, though it was surprising that it would happen while Flair works for TNA.
Kane... first of all, love the new masks. The storyline itself... I'm just pissed that it'll an obvious outcome. Kane has gotten the better of Cena for four weeks in a row now. This will clearly lead to a Royal Rumble match that sees Super Cena win. If they used this storyline to actually turn Cena heel, I'd love it more... but I don't see them pulling that trigger.

RIGHT
i just watched Smackdown and i have a confession to make
i sat and watched Brodus Clay, Vicki Guerrero and William Regal have a DANCE OFF!
and fuck me if it was not one of the funniest and most entertaining moments ive seen for a long time!
Clay makes me smile, the guys fucking awesome, he is so into the character and whilst it has pretty much been done before by other men, there is something weirdly original to it...i fucking love it.
And Vicki, well she is great, i know she gets used for comedy moments but i honestly think that Eddie would be so proud, she has gone from a complete novice to one of the best crowd workers in the business. He facial expressions during this segment were outstanding
and Regal, well what can i say except he is one fine Englishman and is hugely under used. Regal should either replace Lawler on Raw or he should be managing someone. and the guy can do comedy very very well.
so like i said, im a little concerned for my mental health, but that skit on Smackdown was fucking brilliant.
and no, im not drinking and i dont do drugs.
