I want to get the webcast but, I'll be at the rink from like 11am saturday till 8am sunday....then back at 11am sun till like 11pm sun. So, not only will I miss the live of it but, I probably won't see it until Monday morning. But, has anyone gotten a webcast of the PPVS? I don't even know if I'd be able to view it on Monday morning. Is that possible? I really only wanna see Hardy vs Punk and the US Title match with Kofi Kingston. And the tag match would be good. I wonder who Jericho will get for his partner........ Do we think the webcast is worth it? I don't have cable  |

United States Champion Kofi Kingston vs. Big Show vs. MVP vs. Carlito vs. Jack Swagger vs. The Miz
I'm torn between Kofi and The Miz. Swagger might have a shot, also. I'm gonna go with The Miz... in a fluke. It'd go good with his cocky gimmic.
Intercontinental Champion Rey Mysterio vs. Dolph Ziggler
I'm sticking with Rey... but I think Dolph may get it soon. But, for now, Rey.
Unified Tag Team Champion Chris Jericho & A Mystery Partner vs. Ted DiBiase & Cody Rhodes
I'm guessing that the mystery partner will be Chris Masters... but, I digress. Wrestling-wise, this will be a great match... the only problem is, it's heel vs. heel. Save for the small promo on RAW (which was actually really great), there's been no build. It's upsetting... I wish they could have at least added a face tag team to this- Crime Tyme maybe? Anyways... I see this going one of two ways. Either Jericho and the mystery partner will win... or Legacy wins, and Jericho blames the mystery partner, thus causing a feud between the two. I'm going to say Legacy wins- it'll make Legacy + Orton look unstoppable.
ECW Champion Tommy Dreamer vs. Christian
Christian. Christian. Christian.
WWE Champion Randy Orton vs. Triple H vs. John Cena
This has been done too much; and I mean that in the sense of HHH vs. Cena, HHH vs. Orton, Cena vs. Orton, and Orton vs. HHH vs. Cena. It's repetitive... push somebody new! (And I don't mean Mark Henry). Anyways- Orton. Keep him unstoppable.
World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk vs. Jeff Hardy
Match of the night. I hope I'm wrong, but I can't see Punk losing. Not that I don't like Punk... I'm just a huge Jeff fan. I'd like to see him with a proper title run before he takes a break (assuming he is taking a break). Amazing feud, amazing build.

Punk lossing would take everything that has been done over the last 4 or so weeks and shove it down the toilet. Punk needs to retain and to be made to look like a champion. Smackdown has been a good show recently, and a lot of that has to do with Punks awesome slow burning heel turn. Jeff has been impressive, but he is not a man the WWE can put in a position of responsibility.

I'm glad Hardy won....while I'd rather see it on Punk, it'd be hard to keep jsut the two going over and over with the title only on Punk.
I want to see a huge best of three series over the next few weeks and see the title change hands on smackdown two weeks in a row between them. Now that Punk is basically a heel, they needed to put it on Jeff to solidify him as more heel than face/tweener

im pissed. the World title needed a solid, consistant, reliable champion who was as hot as hel...that was Punk. The belt has changed again. Whilst Punks 2nd title reign may seem more successful because he had a better time with his own character, he still lost the damn belt.
Punk should have kept it, plan and simple.
If it was HHH winning it everyone would be bitching.

I'm mixed. I'm a huge fan of Jeff (no secret, I'm sure), so I'm thrilled he won... but I admit, I loved the title on Punk, and I loved his new direction for the character.

Alright, I'm not going to talk about the two womens title matches because honestly, while some of the ladies are "better" than a year ago, they're still retarded. TNA's women division is WAY better than WWE's.
Rey def. Dolph - To me, this was stupid. Why not put the title on Dolph and give the kid a chance to shine with it. Rey could jump up the rankings, and Dolph could easily feud with some of the younger superstars on Smackdown. Rey winning doesn't really do much.
Kofi retains - I like this idea. However, I hate the fact that after months of pushing Big Show vs. Kofi, they took Big Show out of the match and added Primo. Kinda killed the month of feuding between Show and Kofi. Of well. Kofi retains, and I'm alright with that.
Chris Jericho and Mystery partner def. Legacy - Jericho's mystery partner ends up being Big Show. This also seems retarded to me. They team up a Smackdown and Raw guy....oh well. Legacy loses, but honestly, this feud had zero air time, so it was just a basic tag team match. Jericho and Big Show could be fun to watch. Who knows what will happen with it though.
Orton def. HHH and Cena - I'm glad. Orton deserves a solid run. He's a great heel. I really wish at the end of the match, they would of had MVP run out and attack Orton. I'd love to see a solid feud between these two.
Jeff Hardy def. CM Punk - Stupid! Maybe! The fans LOVE Hardy. If they kept the title on Punk again, the fans would have been pissed. This gives the fans what they want....aaaand, the WWE could slide in and have Punk def Hardy in the next couple of weeks, which would add more fuel to their feud, and, really get the fans to hate Punk. I really hope they keep Punk going for the title because honestly, he deserves it.
AAAAAAAAND....CHRISTIAN CAGE def. Tommy Dreamer - Good little run for Dreamer....he can retire now and be happy that he was the champion before he retired. I will be sad though that when Dreamer retires, the originals are gone from ECW. Dreamer was a great guy to have in the WWE. Very loyal. I'm happy Christian won, but honestly, I would have loved for Punk to keep the title, and then, Christian shows up on Smackdown and challenges CM Punk for the title....that would have been awesome. Dreamer then, could have gone on to face Vladmir and all would be well....either way, C-Man is the champion, and I'm cool with that as well.

I'm not as upset about Jeff winning as the rest of you. Yes, I loved the belt on Punk, but now he gets to bitch about the way the match ended (they both should have been counted out from what I read). It will add some depth to his heel character and allow them to have a gimmick blow-off match at SummerSlam. We know Punk's going over there.
From there, he should have a good reign until Survivor Series, at least.

like i said, it is funny though because if someone else, namely HHH/Cena that took the belt from Punk it would be a different story.
fact remains, Punk had another short title reign...and it should not have gone down like that
