*The scene opens up to a very nice looking restaurant in down town Albany. A limo pulls up, and out steps Nicholas Jacob Draven. To everyones surprise, Chantelle, Anthony Jordans "on again, off again" girlfriend, steps out behind him. She takes his arm, and together, they walk into the restaurant. They walk up to a table, and NJD pushes Chantelles chair in for her and then takes a seat himself. *
Chantelle: Wow Nicky, I'm so glad you called. We haven't gotten together in quite a while.
Nicholas Jacob Draven: Yeah, well I missed ya kid. Figured we should hang out. I was planning on spending the week, hanging out with your "on again, off again" boyfriend, but he's nowhere to be found.
Chantelle: Yeah, it's kinda weird. I tried to call him a couple of times, but it went to voice mail. I know he's not with Michael though.
Nicholas Jacob Draven: Aaaand how do you know that?
Chantelle: Because I called him and asked him if Anthony was there.
Nicholas Jacob Draven: And he said he's not?
Chantelle: Exactly!
Nicholas Jacob Draven: Are you sure he was telling you the truth?
Chantelle: Yeah, I'm sure of it.
Nicholas Jacob Draven: So you have no idea where he is?
Chantelle: NO! Not lets stop talking about him. Lets talk about us. How are you? What's been going on in your life? How's your father?
Nicholas Jacob Draven: I'm alright. My injuries healed up fine. My life has been pretty mellow. Making money, doing some signings for the new AWA 2009: The Video Game. Thats about it. My old man is doing alright. Taking care of his wife and daughter. He's doing the "family man" thing. It's good for him. He's in his 40's ya know. He deserves some time off.
Chantelle: Yeah, it's understandable. I'm glad he's taking it easy. A lot of us were worried about him. He was working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Nicholas Jacob Draven: Yeah, you know how he is. Time is money. I respect it, but I'd never want that lifestyle.
Chantelle: Me either.
Nicholas Jacob Draven: So tell me about you. How are you doing?
Chantelle: I'm alright. I've been busy as well. Working on a couple of small projects.
Nicholas Jacob Draven: Thats great. And how about you and Tony J? You guys "on again" this week or "off again" this week?
Chantelle: Um, I think we're "on again"....but like I said, I haven't talked to him.
Nicholas Jacob Draven: And your "feelings" toward my brother?
Chantelle: What about them?
Nicholas Jacob Draven: Are they still there?
Chantelle: Of course they're still there. I'll always have feelings for Michael. He has a part of me. He always will.
Nicholas Jacob Draven: Alright, but have you been able to control yourself?
Chantelle: Yeah. I know what I've got to do.
Nicholas Jacob Draven: Good. Listen, I'm fighting Tony J this week at Anarchy.
Chantelle: Yeah, I know.
Nicholas Jacob Draven: I'm planning on beating his ass. That's not going to cause a problem for you and I is it?
Chantelle: No, of course not. Nicky, in the beginning we hate each other, but you've been a great friend to me. You've really helped me through some tough times. I owe you a lot. Your match with Anthony is the way the business works. Whatever happens in the ring, happens in the ring. You'll be my friend til the day I die.
Nicholas Jacob Draven: Good. Hey, you know what you want to eat?
* NJD and Chantelle keep talking as the scene fades out. *
