*The scene opens up with Anthony Jordan in his Funisher apparel: a frowning face T-shirt and a pair of jeans. He squats down in the hallway outside the broom closet as he gives a soliloquy in his Christian Bale's Batman voice.*
Funisher: "There are rumors in the criminal underworld that the former hero known as the Dark Virus has been spotted in AWA. He once fought for justice against Croc, but now, I fear he has gone evil. Masquerading as a hero to lure everyone into a false sense of security. My intelligence points to Gregory Kennedy as the Dark Virus, but I need to know for sure."
*He does a shoulder roll in the hall and lands next to the broom closet. As he goes to push it open, the door opens and Ripper, in his Dark Virus costume complete with the AWA Undisputed World Title padlocked around his waist. The Funisher quickly scrambles up and stares at his rival/ally/fellow superhero.*
Funisher: "So the rumors are true. You are back."
Dark Virus: "What do you want, AJ?"
*The Funisher gulps, then chuckles.*
Funisher: "What makes you think I'm Jordan? I speak in contractions; he doesn't."
Dark Virus: "For one, you don't wear a mask."
*The Funisher feels his face, then grins.*
Funisher: "Hear of facial reconstruction surgery? What better cover than posing as a man who had everything to lose by being sued for property damage and arrested for vigilantism? Anthony Jordan would never risk it all."
Dark Virus: "Two, you're gay, so you must be AJ."
*The Funisher frowns and gets defensive.*
Funisher: "HE'S NOT GAY! Uhh...and I'm not him!"
*The Dark Virus rolls his eyes. The Funisher smiles.*
Funisher: "But I know you're Ripper!"
*The Dark Virus shrugs.*
Dark Virus: "Wow, figure that all out on your own or did someone who watched BWA five years ago tell you? I never hid who I was."
Funisher: "So you are Ripper, yet working with Croc, your arch-enemy?"
Dark Virus: "Croc changed."
*The Funisher gets right in the Dark Virus' face.*
Funisher: "NO ONE CHANGES!
Dark Virus: "You're smarter than you look. Not like that's hard, but I'm still impressed. Step inside my cave."
*He motions to the broom closet. The Funisher walks in to see a computer screen drawn on to cardboard and a cat skeleton standing in the corner.*
Funisher: "Nice."
Dark Virus: "I suspect Croc has sinister motives, so that's why I'm befriending him. I'm hoping he will trust me with the details of his plan."
Funisher: "Any ideas on what it could be?"
Dark Virus: "A few, but nothing I'm sold on, yet."
Funisher: "Maybe we can work together."
*His fellow hero nods.*
Dark Virus: "I might be able to use your help. You can be my Robin."
Funisher: "No way! That's gay!"
Dark Virus: "Hence why I selected it for you. I don't want to take you out of your comfort zone."
Funisher: "I can beat Croc without your help."
*He turns to leave when he sees a wall with a board labeled "Funisher Suspects." On it are pictures of Clay Aiken, Adam Lambert, Lance Bass, Neil Patrick Harris, and Anthony Jordan. The Funisher turns and glares at the Dark Virus.*
Funisher: "There will be vengeance for that!"
