Rey Mysterio suspended for 30 days

In accordance with WWE's Wellness Program, effective Wednesday, September 2, Oscar Gutierrez (Rey Mysterio) is suspended for 30 days for a violation of the company’s policy.
Wow... I did not see this coming...

that is awful.
i would ike to think it is for some petty 'drug' if there is such a thing. Firstly, with Rey being so close to Eddie, would he really get into serious drugs? Secondly, the guy actually looked smaller than he did during his world title/main event push a few years back.
sucks for Ziggler in one way because winning the IC belt from Rey would have held some merit. (im assuming they will take the belt off Rey now???)
If there is a tournement or whatever, that could be cool in done right.

I don't necessarily buy this... I'm sure he has a fax machine or scanner, or at least access to one. I don't know think it would be that difficult to get a record in 24 hours.
But, then again... who knows?

I agree Matt....if I was going to have my name tarnished all over the web, and be kicked out of work for 30 days, and lose the title....I'd be finding a way to get them what they needed....I don't care if it was 24 hours or 2 hours.

All you do is call the doctor/have your 'assistant' call the doctor to have the script faxed to Vince and the WWE.
While it's hard to hold to the wellness policy with all the aches/pains and hard knocks they take.... You should only do it the legal way, through doctors.
