Anarchy started off with a bang as the brand new championship, the AWA Hardcore Championship was put on the line in a fatal 3 way match pitting current champion Slam 2 against Kevin Kash and relative AWA new boy, ‘The All Star’ Jackson Kage.
These 3 superstars gave the fans everything they wanted and more, pulling out chairs, stairs, ring bells and a number of other dangerous objects! Pinfal attempt after pinfal attempt, no one was giving up and no one was willing to let someone else take the win!
Kage hit the All Star Slam on Kevin Kash but the pin attempt was broken by Slam 2! Slam 2 then fell victim to the Suicide Plunge from Kash, but Kage was on hand to ruin Kash’s hopes of a title win!
Just when it looked like Slam 2 was going to retain, having locked in the Cough-to-Get-Out on Kash, GM Jonas Lee made an appearance and called a halt to the match!
He told the 3 superstars that he had forgotten to mention that all Hardcore title matches were subject to a 30 minute time limit! The clock had ticked past and therefore, seeing as Slam 2 had not been defeated, he would remain the AWA Hardcore Champion!
In the parking lot “The EGO” MJ Windsor was shown arriving by limo, seconded by Khris Heaven. MJ was stopped as he entered the arena by Chris Sonner who asked for a moment of his time. Clearly focused on the night ahead, MJ simply instructed Khris to ‘shut him up’. Khris decided to carry out this order by slapping Sonner across the face!
Next up was the monster Vangoric, alongside him of course was Wifebeater. Vangoric was going up against AWA Undisputed Champion, Ripper. A non-title win against that Champion would have given Vangoric all the momentum he required heading into Unfinished Business!
Vangoric was on form, but so was the World Champion, however Vangoric had an advantage in Wifebeater.
Distracting the referee, Wifebeater protested that Vangoric was being subjected to some very slow ‘counts’ by the ref. In the ring this allowed Vangoric to used an exposed turnbuckle to cut open the champs head! But to the surprise, and delight of the fans the advantage was soon evened up as Anthony Jordan came running out to the ring. Jordan quickly got into and shoving match with Wifebeater. Vangoric attention was taken away by this and turned his back on Ripper, which proved to be his undoing. Turning back around he walked into a big boot to the stomach, followed by a huge Virus Bomb! A short time after and the match was over. Anthony Jordan headed to the back without as much as a word.
The fans then got word from GM Jonas Lee once again. It related to the Hardcore Championship. He said that whilst the title could change hands at any time, he was making a match for Unfinished Business, and if the champion changed in the mean time, the match would be adapted accordingly. At Unfinished Business current AWA Hardcore Champion will defend his title against Jackson Kage and Kevin Kash in a 30 Minute Iron Man Match! When the clocked hit the ‘30’, whoever obtained the last pin or submission would be declared the new champion, and if no pins or submissions had taken place, the champion going into the match would retain the belt!
With Conner O Shea waiting in the ring, the fans gave a great ovation for ‘The Role Model’ Anthony Jordan. The match was back and forth, but ultimately it was the Role Model that would take the win. After the match it was the Undisputed Champion, Ripper who came out onto the stage to personally congratulate Jordan by joining the fans in a round of applause.
The final match of the night, the main event, a match years in the making as “The EGO” MJ Windsor went one on one with “The Aussie Icon” Croc. The last time these men met turned out to be a major point in MJs career, with MJ wanting to repeat this and Croc wanting to avenge the past it was no suprise that they both went full steam ahead
After around 20 minutes of intense action it seemed MJ was looking for a way to end it soon, instructing Khris Heaven to grab a chair, Croc decided he was not about to be out done, snatching he chair from Khris and cracking it across her head! Croc was about to do the same to MJ when the referee instructed him he would loss the match if he did so.
As Croc considered, we once again was joined by GM Lee. The GM took great pleasure in announcing that this match was now a NO DQ match!!! And that Croc was to do as he pleased!
With MJ fuming and his attention elsewhere, Croc swung the chair and brutalised his foe. But with the match now being ‘no DQ’, it meant anything could happen, and it did. Perhaps looking to avenge his Grudgement Day loss to Croc, Kevin Kash hit the ring swinging a lead pipe!
A 2 on 1 beat down broke out, and a pipe to the back of the head was followed by an Ego Trip!
To the fans delight this brought out Anthony Jordan, but it was too late as the referee was in position to count the pin.
However Jordan continued to the ring and went straight after his former ‘brother’, but Kash was soon helping out, and with Croc out and Khris Heaven now back in the action the numbers soon won out! But then the AWA Undisputed Champion, Ripper showed up to even the odds.
Seeing this and realising he had already gotten what he wanted, MJ fled the ring, instructing Kash and Khris to follow suit as Anarchy went off air.
AWA Hardcore Champion, Slam 2 retained his title against Jackson Kage and Kevin Kash when the match was classed as a TIME LIMIT FINISH by GM Jonas Lee.
