*The very first edition of EPWF Surprise Attack began with the founder, Nicholas Jacob Draven making his way out to the ring. He climbed into the ring and grabbed a microphone from the ring announcer, Molly Graham. Nicholas Jacob Draven gave her a little wink, and walked toward the center of the ring. Finally, his theme music, “God’s Gonna Cut You Down” by Johnny Cash/”Sound Of Madness” by Shinedown remix, stopped playing, and he raised the microphone to his lips. *
Nicholas Jacob Draven: “Wow, what a night. Tonight begins a new era in professional wrestling. Tonight begins something fresh. Something new! Something that you people have wanted for a long time! Tonight begins the Elite Pro Wrestling Federation. “
*The fans in attendance begin an “EPWF” chant. Once they quiet down a little, Nicholas Jacob Draven begins speaking. *
Nicholas Jacob Draven: “Before we get started, let me introduce to you all, our announcers. He has been an announcer for ECW, and the WWE. This man is known around the world for his announcing skills. Ladies and Gentlemen, I give to you, JOEY STYLES!”
*Joey Styles walks out to a chorus of cheers. He takes a seat at the announce booth and puts his head set on. *
Nicholas Jacob Draven: “And, announcing matches with Joey Styles….CHRIS FUCKING O’NEAL!”
*The fans explode with cheers as “The Irishman” Chris O’Neal comes walking out with a beer in hand, and a “Fuck Yeah” T-Shirt on. He takes a seat next to Joey Styles and places a headset on as well. *
Joey Styles: “Hello Chris. What a night huh?”
Chris O’Neal: “Fuck yeah! Let’s get this mother fucker going!”
Nicholas Jacob Draven: “There is a lot to discuss with you all, so I’m going to get right to the point. First things first….we need to discuss who runs this place. Let me explain something to you all. I had this idea to create this federation. However, I have a passion for wrestling, and entertaining you fans. So, I used my money to fund this federation, but, I also hired some very important people. There are three people who make up the EPWF Board of Directors. These three people oversee the federation, and make sure things run smoothly. These three people will make sure that things are fair. These three people will make sure that things don’t get out of hand. Let me take a moment to introduce these people. If you look at the EPWF-Tron, you will see pictures of these people. First off, we have a legend in the business. He’s managed some of the best in the world. The man is very powerful in the wrestling world. He is my grandfather….THE RINGMASTER!”
*A picture of The Ringmaster appears on the EPWF-Tron. There is a mixed reaction for The Ringmaster.*
Joey Styles: “That man is a legend. He trained Timothy Draven himself. The man is a genius!”
Chris O’Neal: “That son of a bitch has made, and ruined careers. He’ll be awesome as a board member!”
Nicholas Jacob Draven: “Next on this list, we have someone who knows my father very well. He is someone who worked with, and against my father. This man, love him or hate him, is well respected in the wrestling world. Ladies and Gentlemen, CAGE MCMICHAELS!”
*A picture of Cage McMichaels appears on the EPWF-Tron. Once again, there is a mixed reaction. *
Joey Styles: “Cage McMichaels has done a lot in the wrestling world. I’m sure he’ll add a lot to the EPWF.
Chris O’Neal: “I’ve never had a lot of interaction with Cage, but I’ve heard lots of good things about the man.”
Nicholas Jacob Draven: “That leaves one other person. This one will for sure, shock the entire world. Especially my old man, who I know is sitting in front of his television right now….Ladies and Gentlemen, the last member of the EPWF Board Of Directors is……THE SUPERSTAR, SHELDON REESE!”
*The fans erupt with cheers. Do they hate the “character” Sheldon Reese? Absolutely they do, however, everyone in the world respects what the man has meant to professional wrestling. *
Joey Styles: “OH MY GOD!”
Chris O’Neal: “YOU’RE FUCKING KIDDING ME RIGHT?”
Joey Styles: “Syn Is In….the EPWF?”
Chris O’Neal: “I can’t believe it. The man is a hall of famer. The man is a successful actor. The man is known around the world. I can’t believe Nicky Draven got Sheldon Reese to agree to this. That’s fucking huge!”
Nicholas Jacob Draven: “These three men will make sure things run smoothly. That means, we do not need a “general manager”….however, we do need someone to help keep things peaceful between the wrestlers. So, who is this person? I’m sure you’ll add dying to find out, but I am not going to announce this person until the first PPV, WRESTLEFEST I….however, I do have other announcements to make. In the EPWF, we have two titles. There is the EPWF XTREME PPV CHAMPIONSHIP, and there is the EPWF WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP. Right now, we do not have a champion for either of these titles….however, at our first PPV, WRESTLEFEST I, we will name our first champs. There will be an EPWF XTREME PPV CHAMPIONSHIP match. The wrestlers in this match will be as follows….Extreme Monsta!”
*The fans give off a mixed reaction for Extreme Monsta. *
Nicholas Jacob Draven: “Also in the match….a hardcore legend….CRAZY DONNIE!”
*There are massive amounts of cheers for Crazy Donnie. *
Nicholas Jacob Draven: “Also in the match….”The Dare Devil” Johnny Blaze!”
*Once again, there are cheers for the former indy fed superstar. *
Nicholas Jacob Draven: “Another wrestler in the match….”Insane” Shane Richardson!”
*While the man is looked at as a heel, there are some loyal “Insane Shane” fans. *
Nicholas Jacob Draven: “Also in the Xtreme PPV Championship Match….”The Weasel” Frankie Rotten!”
*There are quite a few boo’s for Frankie Rotten. Nicholas Jacob Draven just smiles. *
Joey Styles: “All of those guys are “Xtreme” enough for me. I can’t wait to see them battling it out for the EPWF Xtreme PPV Championship.”
Chris O’Neal: “I wonder what “Xtreme” match they’ll be in?”
Joey Styles: “No matter what match they choose, I’m sure it’ll be awesome.”
Nicholas Jacob Draven: And now, lets discuss the main event for Wrestlefest I….the match to determine the first EPWF World Heavyweight Champion. This match will have “Big” Zig Johnson, “The Submission Expert” Blade Hart, “The Freak Unleashed” The Enforcer, “The High Roller” Bo Benjamins, and myself, “The Golden Child” Nicholas Jacob Draven. Our match….will have a special stipulation to it. Our match will be an elimination style match….and, to make it a little more exciting, it will be in an ELIMINATION CHAMBER!”
*The fans explode with cheers. *
Joey Styles: “OH MY GOD! That’s HUGE news!”
Chris O’Neal: “The first main event in EPWF will be an Elimination Chamber Match? Fuck Yeah! I love it!”
Joey Styles: “But wait a second. Nicholas Jacob Draven only mentioned five wrestlers. Who is the sixth person?”
Chris O’Neal: “You’re right Joey. I wonder who the sixth person is. Hey Nicky, you only mentioned five wrestlers. Who’s the sixth person?”
*Nicholas Jacob Draven smiles. *
Nicholas Jacob Draven: “You’re correct Chris O’Neal, I did only mention five wrestlers, and, there is one other person who will be added to the match….however, I am not announcing that right now. Soon though, very soon, you will all know who it is. As for tonights Surprise Attack card….we’ve got one huge match. We’re taking the five men announced for the Xtreme PPV Championship Match, and they will be facing off against the five men announced for the World Heavyweight Championship Match. Oh, and that match….it begins right now!”
Joey Styles: “Holy Shit Chris! What a match!”
Chris O’Neal: “I agree. You’re taking the entire roster and putting them in one match. The best part is that each team will be facing off against one another at the PPV. It’s brilliant.”
Joey Styles: “We’ll be right back after these commercial breaks for our main event match.”
*Commercial Break. *
*As we come back from commercial break, all ten superstars are in the ring. The match begins with Zig Johnson and Johnny Blaze in the ring. The fans were given a real treat getting to watch “The Dare Devil” Johnny Blaze perform. The youngster jumped off the top ropes, off the corner, and even at one point used another wrestler as something to jump off of. The match went back and forth with many times there being close pin falls. Toward the end of the match, as Frankie Rotten went to tag in Crazy Donnie, Rotten slapped Donnie. Donnie entered the ring and went right after Frankie. Quickly, the entire match went to hell as all ten wrestlers were in the ring battling it out. Inside the ring, Blade Hart, Bo Benjamins, and The Enforcer were triple teaming Nicholas Jacob Draven. Everyone else was out side the ring, using every weapon available. Suddenly, “Git Up” by D-12 hit. Everyone in the arena was completely shocked. *
Chris O’Neal: “NO FUCKING WAY!”
Joey Styles: “It can’t be!”
Chris O’Neal: “HOLY SHIT, IT IS!”
Joey Styles: "HARDCORE FRED IS IN THE EPWF!"
*Sure enough, Hardcore Fred rushes down the ramp. The fans in the arena are almost blowing the roof off the building. Hardcore Fred slides into the ring and quickly clotheslines Bo Benjamins over the top ropes. Blade Hart takes the smart route out and rolls out of the ring. Left standing there is "The Freak Unleashed" The Enforcer and Hardcore Fred. The Enforcer motions for Fred to "bring it".....before Fred can go after The Enforcer, The Enforcer runs at Fred. Fred ducks a clothesline, bounces off the ropes and dives through the air. Fred hits a shoulder into The Enforcer. The Enforcer stumbles back a bit, but doesn't fall out of the ring. Fred bounces off the ropes again, this time, he runs in and tries for a clothesline. The Enforcer stumbles back a little more. Nicholas Jacob Draven gets to his feet, and together, Nicholas Jacob Draven and Hardcore Fred bounce off the ropes, and together, they clothesline The Enforcer over the ropes. The Enforcer lands on his feet, and looks like he's about to explode. Nicholas Jacob Draven and Hardcore Fred stand there in the ring, ready for a rumble. NJD asks for a microphone. *
Nicholas Jacob Draven: "I told you soon enough you'd find out who the sixth man was in the Elimination Chamber....welcome back HARDCORE FRED!"
*Hardcore Fred tosses his hands up in the air and makes a "F" with both hands. The fans all explode as "Git Up" by D-12 hits and Surprise Attack goes off the air. *
