I feel like CJ by posting WWE news....but hey, if I read something that I think you guys might be interested in, I post it here. So, here's some stuff I read on prowrestling.com....
-------------------------------------
- It's still a long way out but there have been discussions within WWE of having The Undertaker vs. Chris Jericho at next year's WrestleMania pay-per-view.
- For those wondering, Festus is still employed by WWE but has been sitting at home for months now. There was talk for a while of having him as CM Punk's bodyguard with the storyline that Festus was always heavily medicated and Punk got him off the drugs and made him straight-edge.
-----------------------------------------------------
Undertaker vs. Jericho could be awesome....however, I highly doubt they'll let Jericho defeat Taker.
CM Punk and Festus? Oh boy....this worries me!

Also, the ratings for Raw have dropped every week. This weeks Raw was the lowest ratings yet. This was posted on prowrestling.com.....
"- Kevin White sent word that on this past Monday's RAW from England, there was a total of 8 minutes and 22 seconds of wrestling in the first hour and 18 minutes of wrestling in the second hour. "
....I watched Raw....but I had it DVR'd, so I'm not sure how true these stats are....I know the first hour was fucking lame. I was flipping between the football game and Raw....the opening segment lasted about a half hour. Thats fucking retarded. So I'd believe the first hour only had 8 minutes and 22 seconds of actual wrestling....I did watch the main event match....and that lasted pretty long....so I'm not so sure I believe the second hour only had 18 minutes....but then again, there wasn't a lot of wrestling all night, so it wouldn't surprise me.
This brings up something to talk about....why does Vince keep having special guest hosts? If the ratings drop more and more every week, why do this? Does anyone really care about these guest hosts anymore? I know Vince hates, ABSOLUTELY HATES to admit that he was wrong....but just like selling Raw to Donald Trump was a bad idea....this too is a bad idea. I think he needs to scrap this shitty idea, and set someone up as the GM....someone SOLID though. No more GM's that last a few months and then get fired....no more GM's that aren't solid....get someone who can really be THE BOSS on Raw. Let Vince spend some time doing his own thing....or let him hang out on Smackdown.....either way, RAW was the main show, and honestly, it's losing it. How much longer will Vince let this show go down the toilet?

Festus could work for Punk the way Ralphus worked with Jericho back in WCW. As long as he is a lackey, he could help Punk cheat to win. If used right, a bodyguard is a good heel device.

Im cool with Punk having a body guard, and the storyline would fit in with Punk and his anti drug stance. Hey, maybe Festus is the next Kevin Nash or the next Psycho Sid! ha ha, not that much to get excited about after all.
The guest hosts suck unless they are former wrestlers, and former wrestlers who can work the mic.
Piper is up next week and i can see that being ok. The Million Dollar Man and the American Dream were both good in the role, Trish was ok.
RAW is focused on the entertainment over the wrestling, we know this, problem is the entertainment is crap.
Personally i want to see a GM back on Raw, preferably a heel/tweener. Face GMs suck, unless they are Mick Foley who was pretty damn good.
I would love to see Bischoff back, but that aint going to happen.

I still think Stone Cold Steve Austin could be a badass GM. He'd do whatever the fuck he wanted.

Heel/tweener GM is the way to go.
However, before the guest host idea is scrapped, the Rock must host RAW.

If they really get The Rock to guest host, I'm sure it'll be a HUGE night. They could easily get their highest ratings in a very long time. Imagine The Rock and John Cena face to face. Cena told Connan(or Leno, can't remember which one it was) that The Rock has hurt John Cenas wrestling and movie career. John Cena said that The Rock has made it hard for John Cena because a lot of people see them being very similar, and a lot of people think John Cena will give up wrestling like The Rock did. John Cena keeps telling people he'll never quit Wrestling for Movies, but he said people have a hard time believing him.
Personally, I think it'd be pretty cool to see The Rock guest host a month or so before WM....then, at the end of Raw, The Rock(who would be the special guest referee or something) would hit The Rock Bottom on John Cena. The fans would explode with cheers. Then, these two could have a feud leading up to WM....John Cena vs. The Rock....I'd watch that shit!

Ok, ok...so when Bob Barker does the hosting and I complain that they suck and need to stop.... everyone is against me.
Now you all agree?
Just goes to show you the fucking rocksomeness of A-Bill.....

BTW, The Rock will be in January....they will use him either the night TNA does a special Monday night show with Hogan's debut....or on the Monday a week before his new disney movie comes out....and that has a special UFC show on that night.
Vince is going to use the Rock for every penny and rating he can keep from someone else.

Barker was ok actually, mainly thanks to the interaction with Jericho.
but generally, it sucks.
