* The night began with a contract signing between Anthony Jordan and Chris Holtz. These two rivals looked at one another inside the ring. Anthony Jordan bent over and signed the contract. Next, Chris Holtz leaned down and signed his name as well. Both men glared at each other while MTMT lifted the contract in the air and made it official that these two men's feud would end at Last Chances. *
* The next match was for the Hardcore Championship. Cris Gory entered the ring and looked ready to defend his title. James Lucas came out looking ready to rip Gorys head off. James Lucas was pissed that for two weeks, he had called out Cris Gory, but not once would he come out and face him. The match began and didn't last long. James Lucas looked impressive in his debut match and after hitting his finisher, he picked up the win and became the new Hardcore Champion. After the match, as James Lucas headed to the back, Gory grabbed a microphone and announced that at Last Chances, he wanted a rematch against James Lucas for the hardcore championship. *
* In the back, Chantelle asked Anthony Jordan if he was alright. She said she had noticed that he hadn't been himself over the past couple of weeks. He never answered her. Instead, he walked out of his locker room and entered the office of Kristin Draven. *
* The main event had Conner O'Shea and Slam II taking on Kevin Kash, Ripper and Jason Miller. MJ Windsor was outside the ring, playing the part of the special guest ring enforcer. Crazy Donnie and Blade Hart were also out there watching the match. The match was filled with some great moments as Conner O'Shea and Slam II tried their hardest to defeat three men. Towards the end of the match, Ripper looked as if he was going to defeat Conner O'Shea, but MJ Windsor slid in the ring and hit a huge Ego Trip out of nowhere. Slam II shoved Conner O'Shea out of the way and picked up the win. *
* As soon as the match was over though, all hell would break loose. Crazy Donnie, Blade Hart, Conner O'Shea, Slam II, Kevin Kash, and Jason Miller would all team up and attack MJ Windsor. The AWA Tron lit up and showed that Timothy Draven was locked inside his office, and Extreme Monsta, Hardcore Fred and Whitey Ford were making sure that Timothy Draven was not going to get out. Finally, The Enforcer, Frankie Rotten, Khris Heaven, and the new hardcore champion James Lucas all came running out with weapons in hand. They cleared the ring, which allowed a beaten up MJ Windsor to get to his feet. The camera focused on MJ Windsor, Conner O'Shea and Slam II as Anarchy went off the air. *
