How many times have Angle and Styles wrestled?
Sean, you should have seen the Christmas RAW where Big Show told Santa he wanted Jericho back on RAW. That was funny.

Angle/Styles or Kofi/Orton.

Thank god it's finally finished I can sleep!
Jesus that was awesome. Both shows were fantastic. Well the bits I flipped between and watched.
I dunno which one I prefered though. Probably TNA as Bret Hart/Montreal was JUST before I started properly getting into and watching wrestling.

I know this will sound sacrilegious, but I found AJ/Angle to be underwhelming. It didn't build like a big match. They just when in to big spots (granted those big spots were amazing) and cycled through finishers (though I did go nuts for AJ's springboard 450). I expected a great wrestling match, not a great wrestling exhibition (there is a difference).
Caught Vince and Bret. Good segment. I'd love to see Bret go to SmackDown and manage the Hart Dynasty. Will watch Randy/Kofi tomorrow.

Both shows were fucking AWESOME ! ! ! ! I think TNA had the edge though....Hulk Hogan, Jeff Hardy, Ric Flair....that was badass....even Hall, Waltman and Nash together was awesome....not that I want to see them running things, but seeing them attack Foley was pretty cool. They had a lot of title matches, titles changed hands, and Angle vs. Styles was out of this world. Those two together are amazing. Probably as good, if not better than Angle vs. HBK....incredible stuff.
Bret Hart getting kicked in the balls by Vince was pretty badass....no idea where they are going with this storyline, but Bret signed a contract with the WWE until right after WM....sooo, he will be around....I'm excited about that.
All in all though, TNA made some HUGE changes tonight....not sure if it'll be great changes or ones to slowly kill the company....I am hoping they will be good ones....Jeff Jarrett now needs to be a wrestler again. He has "no stroke" in TNA anymore....Foley needs to "lace up the boots and fight for his job"....Jeff Hardy said it was a possibility that he might sign with TNA...."MIGHT" he told Shannon Moore.
Wow....such an awesome night for wrestling....bravo to both companies....bravo!

WWE was good, i honestly would not say great. None of the matches were huge stand outs. Bret was great and will get really into his stride over the next few weeks. (im assuming he is signed for a while) DX screwed up the show as usual in my opinion.
TNA, from what i saw was really hot and really interesting. I heard Hogan go on about pushing the young talent, and telling his 'boys' that they were not going to be handed anything. The talent in the ring proved themselves with some great matches. The Pope was excellent on the mic and in the ring. Styles/Angle was great, no denying that. If i had to watch one show again it would be TNA without question. Only thing i think they screwed up on was Hogan bashing Double J. That did not seem to make sense. Hogan was meant to be getting cheered right? Well the 'bullshit' chants kicked in when he started to bash JJ. The fans respect that JJ started it all. Hogan did turn it around and managed to kiss the fans arses into getting cheers but it all seemed a bit jumbled.

I agree Lu....when that segment happened, I was a bit confused as well....love him or hate him, Jeff Jarrett is the founder of TNA wrestling. Without him, it wouldn't have happened.

I'm not around much anymore but, I thought I'd come add my two cents.
I was marking out like a 12yr olf girl meeting John Cena. TNA was amazing!
While I hated the first 25 minutes, the redeemed themselves. The cage looked like shit, the match ended in shit... then Jeff Hardy? I'm tired of people liking this fucking guy. I detest people that have opps handed to them and they piss it away with drugs.
But, I'm sure Hogan made Jeff do it or he wouldn't sign Shannon Moore....
Then? Then Hogan, Hall, Nash, X-Pac, Bischoff...... Brett Hart, Shawn Micheals. I figured I'd watch ALL of TNA, then the replay of RAW later since I already made it an hour into TNA.
Pope was AWESOME! I hated his John Morrison sunglasses but...he was great on the mic and in the ring. It was GREAT to see some of the older superstars like Orlando Jordan and Val Venis but, I hope they aren't full time wrestlers with TNA.
I didn't give a fuck about the Divas but, I really enjoyed the Knockout matches.
I was prancing like a faggot when The Nasty Boyz barged into the 3-D locker room! And when the 'nWo' attacked Foley at the end? Great! Hogan has the look on his face like: "Good, he needed his ass beat" And also a look of "Fuck, these guys are already starting their nWo beat everyone up crap" Good call
It was great that the whole show was the new guys. No Sting, Foley, Nash..... The only vet that wrestled was Angle. It was nice that they didn't shove old peeps down our throats.
I think Hogan gets it! P.S. FUCK VINCE RUSSO!
Then, I catch the end of RAW. Kofi vs Orton....I was kinda bored. Then Brett and Vince was kinda blah. We all saw Vince attacking Brett right? Well, I saw it from the begining of the show.
So, I watch the replay and Bret was a little boring. Shawn came out and they hugged? That looked sooooo forced, so fake....that's the kind of hug I'd give Croc to make it look like we were ok with each other. Fuck that. I was pissed with that crap looking fuck fest!
Then they had some Divas...and then WSM vs MVP vs Swagger vs Carlito for #1 contend to US title.....
It was at that point that I knew Vince didn't care about TNA or anyone turning the channel and I then proceeded to turn the computer off and go to bed.
BTW I had two screens up on my comp from justin.tv
TNA and WWE
Most of the night the viewers were like this
TNA Stream: 11,000-12,000 (Angle vs Styles yeilded close to 13tho)
WWE Stream: 4,200
Yeah.....

Yes however, bearing in mind some of the people watching TNA will have been people like Luke and I. In the UK RAW is shown live on sky sports whereas TNA is shown a week later on Bravo so that's not really an accurate representation when you apply it world wide.
Also the WWE stream was about 8,000 for the night. I watched the exact same stream as you i'd imagine,
