I love The Rock. I always liked him. I don't like how he left the WWE, but can you blame the guy? Seriously, he is making a lot of money, doing something that he loves....The Rock was awesome in the ring, and even better on the mic.

Like I said, I don't like him but....
I'd say one of my favorite matches ever at a WM was at XX when it was Austin vs. The Rock in their last WWE match. It was great. Classic.
They didn't have a ton of time to 'build' it but, still told an amazing story spanning over 8 years of their WWE success, and their classic fueds.
I'd love to see and Austin type character but, I don't think the fans would be into it very much.

The Rock was AWESOME, the more you watch the matches and the promos the more yo realise he was one of the very very best entertainers ever.
Austin and Rocky were always gold, solid fucking gold.
I have no issue with how he left the WWE, we all know nothing gets him like the sound of his music hitting and 20000 fans lifting the roof off...
...but who said he could not go do something else?
We dont own the guy.
anyways...he ruled...still does, when he cuts an interview he owns it...shit, i think i love the guy.

You know why I hate Rocky so much?
He went off to do his first big movie....fine with that.
But, while he was gone for 8 months, WWF got sued and change to the WWE. That first RAW, he came back and said there's change and "If you don't like it, Get the 'F' out!"
Who the fuck left for 8 months, said that and then left for another year? The Rock. Meanwhile HHH, Jericho, HBK....they were all around still main eventing. That's why I hate The Rock so much!
I do like him more than Cena though. At least Rocky is funny!

my thinking is that a certain Mr McMahon might have told the Rock to do those promos.
it was marketing, the Rock worked for Vince, its pretty clear cut.
Vince got his biggest star to promote the 'get the F out' campaign.
smart

I miss Rocky's "sell it like you got shot" style.

Its man chowder, AJ. And we all know your stomach is full of that.
The Rock is one of my favorite characters...so is Stone Cold. How can you not crack a smile when one of them comes onto the screen? You know something badass or something funny is just waiting to happen.

I dunno, but I always like 'The Rock' I loved him on the mic, in the ring, fueding with Austin and HHH Not to mention, I loved his movies! Rundown, Be Cool, Walking Tall.
They are instant greats. He has proven he's multi-fascited and will exceed anywhere he's put. I'd love to see him come do a month or two of creative control in the WWE with Vince and Steph. That'd really heat things up!
