Two WWE Superstars ARRESTED....and more....

Wednesday morning....5am....in Kentucky....CHRIS JERICHO and GREGORY HELMS(The Hurricane) were both arrested for public intoxication. They took a cab, they got into an arguement, Helms punched Jericho....some guy and woman who were in the cab have filed complaints. The woman says shes not going to press changes or anything....the guy who was in the cab says he was also hit during everything and might seek a lawyer. They spent an hour in jail and then were bailed out.

Thoughts: WHAT....THE....FUCK ! ! ! !

I don't understand these guys. They have the world in their hands and make an assload of money....STAY THE FUCK OUT OF TROUBLE ! ! ! ! It's no different to me than sports players who get in trouble for stupid shit, drugs, bringing guns to arenas, dog fighting....etc....reports say that Jericho might be suspended for a month, and Helms, who has been in hot water with the WWE for a while, might be released from the company. All because they went out, drank all night, and got in a fight in a cab. Wow....just wow! I understand more than most what it's like to enjoy a fun night out. Hell, about a month ago, I was out until 4:30am with a few friends, and we had a blast.....(my back hated me for 2 days, but while I was out I had fun).....when you make as much money as these guys do, why do you feel the need to get into these situations? If you want to party, bring the party to YOU! You make enough money to do so!

If Jericho gets suspended, I'm sure it will happen after the Rumble so he can be back in time for Wrestle Mania. If Helms gets the boot, he'll most likely end up in TNA where he is friends with a lot of the guys....of course, with Hogan there, no one is guaranteed a job....but a lot of people you'd never expect to see are there, such as Val Venus and The Nasty Boys and Orlando Jordan....well, there is more news that Hogan is close to signing a former WWE...no, WWF Champion....

Yo Timmy, I read a report from someone that lives in the county and they said:

"The law is a little to strict. For all we know, they had one beer and a cop smelled a little alcohol on their breath. No biggie"

The woman who took an elbow to the face from WWE star Greg "Hurricane" Helms Wednesday morning claims she has no ill feelings towards the wrestler -- because she was merely collateral damage in a "play fight."

The woman, Ashley Storer, tells TMZ the whole thing went down after her group finished boozing at a local Kentucky bar and crammed into the back of a taxi cab.

Storer claims she somehow got stuck sitting in between Jericho and Helms -- who began play fighting when things "escalated because we were drunk."

Storer claims that's when she took an elbow to the cheek -- and the cab driver pulled over at a nearby gas station. Helms and Jericho were ultimately arrested for being drunk in public -- Storer claims Matt Hardy was completely sober.

Storer also tells us cops blew the situation out of proportion -- but admits she may have exacerbated the situation because, "I was crying and drunk and tired from being out all night and I just wanted to leave."

The whole thing was blown out of proportion. They might get fined a bit by WWE, but the whole thing will be forgotten about in a week (unless another major detail gets revealed or something).

Timmy- yes, they need to be more responsible. But they're human. They make mistakes. And they're on the road about 300 days a year. It's unfortunate, but I'm sure they've learned their lesson at the very least.

It sounds like the kind of play fighting sober people can have (I've had some "fights" with friends that wound up with a little property damage or giving a glancing blow to a bystander). It doesn't sound like they were sloppy drunk. It sounds like they were loosened up and rough housed a little too much.

I do understand Timmy's point. I like both wrestlers (Jericho more, of course) and the prospect of them being off programming or being lowered down the card isn't pleasant. This was preventable and avoidable, but circumstances and poor decision making ruled the day.

they WILL NOT be released or booted, helms has a little red mark across his forhead and jericho had a small scratch by his chin, they went to jail where Christian and CM Punk (ironically enough, lol) bailed them out, they were in kentucky where they just got done doing a show, nothing to worry about

I'm all good with people having a good time....the report I read made it out like they were hammered and got into a serious fight....that would have been bad on their parts....if they were just having fun, after drinking....then yeah, I think it's blown out of proportion....my complaint was if they were hammered and really got into a fight.

i just got word on nodq.com that helms was removed from the rumble, but its not clear

santino was removed as well, but that was because of him injuries
