Better Late Than Never

[Anthony Jordan]

*Sparks begin to fall from the top of the AWA-tron as all the house lights go off leaving the arena black sans for the area illuminated by the raining sparks. Suddenly, two massive flames shoot up from the far sides of the stage and stay lit, then the crowd goes wild as Pearl Jam's "Even Flow" hits.*

MTMT: "Our new Undisputed World Champion is about to make his first public address!"

Ventura: "It's so nice for him to join us. It's only been a week!"

*The AWA Undisputed World Champion walks out wearing his title around his waist, a "Quadruple Undisputed World Champion" T-shirt, and a pair of khakis. After walking through the sparks, "The Role Model" has a spotlight stay on him as he walks down the aisle in the darkened arena. He doesn't play to the fans, but only walks with his head down. He reaches the ring and walks up the stairs. He enters through the ropes, then produces a microphone from his left front pocket. He then throws both arms out and explosions begin going off on the fixture above the ring. The fans continue to go wild as the pyro on the stage and fireworks begin to die down. "Even Flow" cuts off, but the arena remains darkened other than the spotlight on Anthony Jordan.*

MTMT: "A lot of production quality, but not his typical over-the-top celebration."

Ventura: "He knows no one cares about him stealing his title AND robbing us of Jake Andrews!"

*Jordan keeps his down, but raises his microphone.*

Jordan: "In the beginning, Shawn Hines created USCW Undisputed World Title for me to win after beating Ripper, and he saw that this was good. In his final act as owner of BWA, Charles Windsor saw fit to give me a title match against Sheldon Reese, and he saw that this was good. In CWA, Timmy Draven put me in a tournament for the CWA Undisputed World Title, and he saw that it was good. In his last act as an executive in AWA, Dylan Crane united the AWA World Heavyweight and Intercontinental Titles, and he saw that it, too, was good."

*The fans cheer as Jordan still looks down.*

Jordan: "The four men I speak of are not God. They only created the opportunity. No, the true sighting of Heaven on Earth was in those matches I won for I exhibited skill that God refused to selfishly keep in Heaven. No, He placed His greatest creation on Earth to entertain the masses and to receive his due glory. At Battle of Champions, I earned another accolade. My name is Anthony Jordan,"

*Jordan raises his head and looks out to the crowd, who starts to cheer again.*

Jordan: "And I am the first AWA Undisputed World Champion!"

*The crowd goes crazy as "The Role Model" smirks.*

Jordan: "My best friend and girlfriend walked out on me. Jake Andrews used every dirty trick in the book. Most people thought that I should not have succeeded. How could I focus enough to overcome Jake Andrews? To be honest it was hard. Jake, you pulled out dirty tricks that I forgot even existed, but this company is only big enough for one champion. Also, it is only big enough for one of us, apparently."

*The fans cheer as they remember Andrews quitting. Jordan gives his goofy grin.*

Ventura: "He should be ashamed to be a part of that!"

MTMT: "Andrews ran away like the sore loser he is. Good riddance!"

*Jordan starts pacing around the ring.*

Jordan: "It feels great to be the Undisputed World Champion, but it feels better to see the faces of the people who doubted me. When I fought Ripper in his kind of match, everyone said I had no chance to last in hardcore match against the 'Hardcore Madman.' I simply responded by taking his USHW Title and unifying it with my USCW Title to make the USCW Undisputed World Title."

*The fans cheer as Jordan smiles.*

Jordan: "Fast-forward to BWA where no one gave me a chance when I walked into the battle royal with a concussion from Kyle Heaven and one week after Hurricane Katrina destroyed my hometown, but I made it to the final six. I get placed in the match with Reese, and all the announcers and pundits say it is nice story with an unfortunate ending. I walked out of the ring carrying my BWA Undisputed World Title."

*The fans go wild as Jordan shakes his head.*

Jordan: "Jake Seven's cross-dressing boyfriend hits me with a car. What do I do? I dust myself off, walk into Aftershock's one-night tournament, and walk out as CWA Undisputed World Champion in Sheldon Reese's final match!"

*Again the fans cheer as Jordan stops in the center of the ring.*

Jordan: "I really thought I gave everyone enough evidence to stop doubting me, but I did not. Hey, I am not mad. I love the way their disappointed faces look when they're reflected in MY belt!"

*He pats the Undisputed World Title.*

MTMT: "Want to look in the belt, Jesse?"

Ventura: "Shut up."

Jordan: "I am not here to celebrate. Celebrating is for you guys. Party on my behalf. I do not want to celebrate because I have been here before..."

*Jordan looks down at his T-shirt and gives his goofy grin as he looks back up.*

Jordan: "Four times as a matter of fact!"

*The crowd roars as Jordan continues to wear his goofy grin.*

Jordan: "No, I got business to handle. The first order of it has to be dealing with the Connection."

*The fans give a mixed reaction as MJW is one of their least favorite wrestlers.*

Jordan: "Michael came back, but never explained why he could not explain his plan to me. Instead of hashing it out here in the ring, I am going to do it like a Band-Aid and do it quickly. The Connection, as far as Anthony Jordan and Michael John Windsor go, is over!"

*The fans stand and cheer as Jordan shrugs as he did what he had to do.*

MTMT: "Wow, what a blockbuster announcement! The Connection is over!"

Ventura: "Good! It was holding Windsor back."

*The Undisputed World Champion paces around the ring as he bathes in the cheers.*

Jordan: "I think we all knew it had to be done."

*The fans cheer in agreement.*

Jordan: "You people like this, huh? Your Undisputed World Champion is laying it down like it needs to be!"

*Jordan walks to the nearest corner and hops to the middle rope.*

Jordan: "But when something dies, something even better comes to life."

*The fans pause as Jordan nods.*

Jordan: "The Connection with Anthony Jordan and Michael John Windsor is dead gone, but the Connection with Anthony Jordan and MJ Windsor is here to stay!"

*Jordan gives his goofy grin as this announcement is met with a mixed reaction.*

MTMT: "He got us."

*Jordan hops down.*

Jordan: "I forgive MJ, and we will have a formal thing in a little while. Now, I need to think about Anarchy where I get face the only other man who has been in USCW, BWA, CWA, and AWA, Whitey Ford!"

*The crowd is now cheering completely as they love Whitey.*

Ventura: "I hope they destroy each other."

MTMT: "Will be a great match."

Jordan: "I own a lifetime two and zero record against Whitey, but that was years ago. Let us face it, people, only one of us has aged like wine, and that is the man wearing the AWA Undisputed World Title!"

*The fans give a mixed reaction as some of them like Whitey better.*

Jordan: "But this match should be great. They say you cannot go back, but maybe Whitey can rediscover the magic for one more match, and we will tear the house down at Anarchy!"

*The fans roar as Jordan waves to them.*

Jordan: "You have been great, and it will be fun being your Undisputed World Champion!"

*Jordan looks to exit the ring. Does he?*

[Kevin Kash]

*No, fans begin to boo as linkin parks 'breaking the habit' plays,and 'The Suicide Kid' Kevyn Kash made his way down the ramp, then stopped, and put the mic he held to his lips*

Kevyn Kash: "Anthony Jordan, I came here to congradulate you on your win,you deserve it more than jackass Jake."

*Fans cheer as Jordan pats the belt and givs his goofy grin*

Kash:"But,don't think i haven't forgot about my number one contendership, now other than the dickstains in the back, i respect you, and i want to make a proposition for you,you keep Khris Heaven away from me,while i beat Micheal,i might do something for you down the road,lets say we fought at aftershock,and i beat you *Fans Boo* i might give you a rematch the next day on anarchy,or perhaps take care of whitey for you,like i said,i respect you,i would not,at anyway screw you over,but at aftershock you become my enemy,so do we have a deal?"
